This location is pretty new which is nice in any fast food venue. The restaurant is clean, small, and located in the strip mall on the east end. They're quick to build your order and it's always fresh and worth the money. It might not be my favorite sandwich, but it'll do in a pinch! PRO TIP: They deliver, and it's like lightning. So save yourself the drive and call or order online. Walked in 15 mins before close. Our intention was to just order some sandwiches and go since it was late. Had my family of 4 there. Tried to begin to order a chicken bacon ranch to which the person working the register looked at their co-worker and he promptly told me that they shut the oven down. Ok, ordered another sandwich that didn't require an oven, fine. Then I thought to ask if they had anything like a grilled cheese for my youngest and they said no since the ovens are shut down. Then as a side note since it's 15 minutes before close can't get a fountain drink and said we would have to buy bottled if we wanted a drink. At that point I looked to my husband to see what he wanted to order and he just said lets call it and I said ok nevermind we're going. 1. They wanted us out. 2. Why not warn us if the ovens were off before ordering? 3. Why bring up the drinks situation when no one even ordered any. Then I get a call today from the "manager" who was basically gaslighting me on the whole situation because that just doesn't sound like him and she "pulled tape" and he said he offered to fill from the drive thru fountain. They have a strict policy on not closing early and they had everything open for making food. NO because I couldn't order what I initially wanted because the "ovens were off." She didn't even try to make things right just said she was going to tell him to be more clear about the drinks for "correction" We didn't even want drinks lady. Visited this location on Feb12 arriving about noon. I ordered and paid at 1211 per my receipt. At 1230 I asked where my sandwich was and how much longer. One of the sandwich makers asked me what I had and she acknowledged me. After watching numerous people come and go that had ordered long after me I asked again at 1240. I was told it's busy. Stopped here to grab a quick bite on our way to Park City from the airport. Ordered four sandwiches for the family. We sat down and watched as they made our sandwiches. Total of four employees with two making sandwiches and two taking orders. We are the ONLY customers in there so the four of them seemed very relaxed. The guy and the pink-haired girl who were making sandwiches decided to launch into a heated conversation with the rest of the crew (who were standing there leaning against the wall since there were no customer to take orders from), in the middle of making our sandwiches! The girl literally stopped multiple times and turned around to engage in the conversation with enthusiasm only to turn back lazily to the sandwich moments later to throw pieces of veggies onto the bread without even looking at them, because she was trying to maintain eye contact with the person behind her. I tried making eye contact with both of them hoping they would realize that we've been waiting for almost 10 mins for our sandwiches. Nope they wouldn't look at us and continued their conversation the entire time! Finally another employee came back from his lunch break, he saw our sandwiches and brought them out to us. That's when we realized they had finished making our sandwiches but didn't care to bring them out. I ordered a tuna sandwich and I had watched the guy make it without looking at what he was doing because he was so busy participating in the group conversation. I opened the wrapping paper and the sandwich was dripping and completely soggy. I took a bite and there was no tuna, only bread. I opened the bread and realized all the veggies and tuna were bunched in one corner with only shredded lettuce and one sliced tomato on the other end. It was an unbelievable sad sight. Being gluten free, I'm a huge fan of Jimmy John's. I stopped by here to grab an unwich on my way to my night shift and had such a busy night that I'm just getting to eating it at 12:30 am. I was so excited, dug into my first bite, only to feel something odd in my mouth. Upon further inspection, I pulled out a nice long hair...at least 8 inches. I don't know about you, but I can't keep going eating food once I know a stranger's hair has been marinating in my sandwich for 8 hours...then spent some time in my mouth. This was my first time at this location but I will not be returning. As a professional chef, I accept nothing less than perfect hygiene, and this is inexcusable to me. read more

First experience with lame employees in this company. Usually they are respectful and service oriented. I ordered a sandwich (which was delicious) and some chips, then asked if I could ice in a bag to keep chocolate cold while I ran into Costco across the street. The female employee said hat wasn't possible and that her manager wouldn't do it. I was willing to pay for the ice, so I just got their largest size cup and filled it with ice. Crowded location and tiny parking lot. Going in their drive-thru lane is tricky, especially if you have a large car. read more

I've ordered from this location quite a few times. My work is right around the corner and we get our sandwiches in 10 minutes flat! It's awesome!! The drivers are always super nice... so why 4-starts?? Well, Today, I stopped in to pick up my order. As I was waiting, I noticed a girl behind the counter fixing up the bread dough on pans and she had no gloves on!! Touching and rolling and pulling that dough looked like fun (I'm a baker at heart) but to see her handling what is going to be someones bread soon and have no gloves on is concerning. I'm so sad you guys :'( I've been so hungry all day and I'm vegan af so I don't eat cheese or meats. I made a phone order under the name joe and I ordered ALL the veggies on it. They guy on the phone said they had all sorts of peppers, pickles, and sprouts. I was super excited to yeet this sandwich in my soul on my break. I finally get back to my job to sit down and eat. This was the most underwhelming sandwich I've ever seen on my life. It only had tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers on it. I'm just so sad and still hungry and I couldn't go and complain to the jimmy johns because I had to go back to work. Sad day. Still hungry. After years of asking for a sugar free option besides water I give up. Even when asking for sugar free option they suggested sprite and said they had another caffeine free option as well. Such a disconnect. A nice healthy choice like iced tea would be nice. This is an update to the bad review I submitted on 3/3/2017. Jimmy John's reached out to me after reading my review and issued an apology for the bad experience I had and then followed through today with another apology and a box lunch and extra sandwiches which were shared with my co-workers. How can you not accept an apology when it comes with gifts? In retrospect, I don't believe this location is a bad location and they do strive hard to make their customers happy. Jimmy John's has an overall good reputation for customer service and this one experience I had should not reflect as an overall perception of the company or this location. I've picked up a sub or two from here in the recent past. The visit lasts for less than 5 minutes from the time I enter the store till I get back into my car. I like the fact they have a drive thru. They're fast, just like they say they are, but they sometimes do mess up your order and the management doesn't care. Still love the food. It can be very difficult to hear over the speaker in the drive thru, and hard to navigate that corner in a larger car. I have regularly ordered delivery from here from lunch. At the office we have continually joked that they are not "freaky fast" when delivering, but in all actuality, when you get your sandwich in 10-15 minutes within delivery, that is damn fast. But today, I ordered a sandwich on a group order. One person ordered the same sandwich as I did but as an unwich. Well they made them both unwiches. I was not happy but I was it was still a good sandwich. Then 10 minutes or so after I finished my unwich, the delivery guy came back with my original order saying they had screwed up and here is a new sandwich compliments on the house. And I never even said a thing to them! Slowest ever. So strange for a JJs experience. I work long hours and really need to be able to take quick breaks to eat and relax before going back to work. I did not feel welcome at all when trying to do this at this location. Their training manager or whoever is kind of rude I noticed in listening in with other customers and the employees. Forgot his name. Sort of youngish guy. Usually the quality of higher management really tells you a lot of the ultimate quality of product and service you're going to receive. Finally, my food was way worse than I am used to. I hate having to do a bad review, as I am a long time JJ fan, but there was like no mayo, scarce cheese which I paid for add on (why the heck isn't it included on some of the 5.99 sandwiches I have no idea) and the veggies tasted frozen and old. This is why I usually go no lettuce. A big pile of basically frozen green does not a great wich make. read more
