This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The quality of the food is so bad here it didn't even taste like McDonald's. The 2 apple pies I got were dried out and borderline burnt. The coke tasted odd too. How bad does a McDonald's have to be to mess up the coke? This location makes the whole company look bad. Go to the McDonald's in Bellingham the food there is fresher and tates better than most regular sit down restaurants. read more

God, I miss Burger King!!! Every time I order from McDonalds, I feel Forrest Gump would have done a better job. My order is very simple, Plain Hamburger, Medium Fries, and a Chocolate Shake with No Whipped Cream. And I always have to scoop out that white gunk in the photo. Hell, last week I gave my order, got home, scooped the gunk out, to find a Regular Hamburger, Ketchup, Mustard, and a lone sad looking Pickle on the other side of the burger. So Fries for dinner. Today my sister ordered for me, and she knows my order, plus she always checks with me. And yes, White Gunk in the Shake, and Only 3/4 of a Hamburger, with a Toasted Bun (not ordered), and enough Salt on the Fries to go over an adults Sodium level for the week. Hello McDonald's of northbride we came here after a long night of in-laws and really needed a snack. Izzy was wonderful, despite knowing it was 10:57 and the lobby closing at 11 she welcomed us to eat our food there like it was her home. Andrew, however, told us, we couldn't stay and finish the warm plentiful meal in the lobby. Maybe next time we'll do Andrew a favor and go to the Burger King down the street. read more

"Is that a meal?" ~Actual interaction from this McDonald's I'm gonna keep this short because normally I'd never review a chain, but McDonald's is one of the few examples where consistency differs from location to location. I went here for quick supper with my 74 year old grandmother, and was served by staff who were clearly high. If your job is so bad that you need to come in under the influence of drugs just to work it, then that's probably a sign you should quit. Goes without saying service was slow, when food was finally served it was thankfully still at least lukewarm. Line at the drive thru when we left was quite long, I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were still sitting there now. Skip this place and go dine with the King down the road. read more

Went into the store to buy a Southwest Chicken salad before lunch time. I wanted to see if I could buy one to go so that I could eat it at lunch time. Staff was great and making me one before they offered their lunch menu. Salad was delicious!!! Great customer service read more

I order a single large fry last night at this McDonalds. We sat for 10 minutes by the pick up window (being the only person in the drive through line) waiting for the employees to put fries in a paper container. The employees appeared to be wandering aimlessly through the establishment.....DOING NOTHING. After waiting so long the fries were old, cold, and soggy. This McDonalds will screw an order up more often than not. It's not like the bar is set terribly high to begin with. Last visit I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, only ketchup. They left the cheese off, who considers cheese a condiment? Cheese is in the name of the sandwich for crying out loud. The worst of the worst. I would like to issue a half star if I may. read more
