I went here to Oxbridge Subway and it was so hot in there. I almost passed out you need air conditioner. You can have the heat on, but you need to have a air conditioner so people don't feel like they're gonna pass out and the worker was not given though Right portion to the sandwich. She seemed like she didn't wanna be there and I will never go back there again I'm very disappointed. I think you need some new workers there as well as an air conditioner cause for someone to walk into a hot environment is not good especially if they feel like they're gonna pass out for how hot it was. read more

Another terrible experience at this location. I will never go back. I walked in and noticed there were no customers inside. Without any greeting from the lady behind the counter, she said, "Did you already place an order." I said no to which she replied, "I'm working on a to go order so take a seat. It's going to be at least 20 minutes before I can wait on you." I thought I was hearing things so I asked if it would be 20 minutes before she could make a turkey sub. She said yes. When I said that I couldn't wait 20 minutes before she makes a cold sub, she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Horrible customer service to say the least. No walk in customers should be blown off like this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never step foot into this location again. I left and went to the North Smithfield, RI location six minutes up the road. The North Smithfield location was great...very clean inside, fresh food and friendly, vibrant atmosphere, unlike the Uxbridge location. You can only give a location so many chances before they reveal their true selves. The Uxbridge subway location is horrendous. read more

Great sandwich at a great location with wonderful and friendly staff. Consistent sandwiches... good drinks and fresh baked cookies. My kids love it and they are picky so I'm certain other kids will enjoy too. Plenty of parking on the street and lot at the end of the block. Cute town. read more

Very disappointed with this location. My sister ordered a platter of sandwiches with toppings on the side. Toppings were on the sandwiches. Cold cut combo sandwiches only had bologna. The dressings were not what she ordered and the cookie platter only had no chocolate chip cookies as ordered. Ridiculous. Not going there ever again. I don't recommend this location. read more

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. do not go here. I was 17 and used to work here. I was working 3 jobs living on my own. They would serve people bad food. They called me Dabu everyday instead of by my name which means not ambitious... also they had corporate come in and fail them for an inspection. if you want green roast beef, rotten spinach and lettus and to have 5 tiny olives placed on your sandwich.... then enjoy your meal!! read more

So, this place doesn't seem to get rave reviews. First, it's in the midst of a lot of other "sub shops" so it's not like it doesn't have a ton of competition. That's likely why it isn't super busy at all hours of the day. They aren't perfect. They made a mistake on my sub (wrong sub) and believe it or not, the gentleman BROUGHT me a new sub. Honestly, this is the best customer service I have experienced from any sub shop in Uxbridge. Ever. Usually when a mistake is made we are told, "We will make a new one, you can pick it up in 20." No. They actually brought me a new sub made exactly as I requested, with a smile, and with an appreciation for my business. Give these folks a chance - this is NOT service you see from most places and the grinders are full and made properly (this is the first time a mistake was made). They even threw in a fresh cookie for me. I was really grateful as I didn't have an opportunity to run out for another sandwich and it's not like they offer delivery! Thumbs up from me! Don't waste your time and money here . Like the other guy said ITS ALWAYS EMPTY and sketchy .. Yes the little foregin lady tries to up sell you on extra toppings because she skimps you to begin with . Me and my girlfriend tried to like it here we gave it 3 chances but it was still the same crappy experience . It can be so frustrating trying to place an order. I have a very hard time understanding them as they don't speak English very well. The two workers speak a different language to each other while serving customers which I think is very rude. I tried using an online coupon that is approved by the store owners however they wouldn't accept them as they didn't know how to process the coupon. Also the last 3-4 visits they seem to consistently have a problem with fruit flies. I'm done with this shop; getting my subs across the street. read more

Today was my first visit to this subway and my last. The man (mike) was very rude and talked down to the girls working there. My husband and I ate our sandwiches there and our subs were put on paper and then the tray. Not even a basket... Napkins were put on top of the open sandwiches. Next time we'll go across the street to Harry's Pizza for subs. read more
