Overall decent for a McDonalds. Food was hot, bathrooms clean, floors and tables mostly clean, and service was good enough. We ordered a daily double meal, 2 McDoubles, 2 large fries, and an iced coffee. Order was done correct the first time. Daily double: (5/5) Patties were cooked through, extra instructions were followed, and the burger was not completely mangled. And an appropriate amount of sauce was added. Of course it didn't taste the best, but it's fast food. McDouble: (4/5) Same as the daily double, but condiments were applied unevenly. Large fries: (4/5) Fries properly seasoned, hot, and crispy. Service: (4/5) Food was brought quickly. Ambiance: (3/5) It's a McDonalds, but the restrooms are mostly clean and the floors are not trashed. Overall a nice experience compared to other disastrous visits with other McDonald's. read more

Went to the drive thru and ordered our food. We paid pulled up to the window and was kindly told to pull to spot 1. No big deal. A few cars also pull into spots. Several min go by and the cars behind us start getting their order ok might be smaller..after about 15min still no food so I go in..the lady at the counter was so rude...I asked and she goes oh is it this happy meal..yes...she said oh yah I guess we could have brought that out...I asked why multiple cars behind us got their food and she responded with it's the kitchen..mind you we had a kids meal a #2 plain and McDouble so not huge...the only thing right was the kids meal....lesson learned... read more

Garbage overflowed in ALL trash cans, including outside. Customers had to start leaving their trash on the tables. No table was wiped down, trash and food on the seats and floors. Ice cream was "out of stock" but after asking about it they had to just add the back on the kiosks. Employees with hickies on their necks, baggy jeans, no hair nets or gloves. Oof, they're having a rough time. Totally reliant on the self serve kiosks, one runs into an issue when the credit card machines fail. Line backs up at the register and the counter person comes in from the back and says, "what the f*ck is going on?" Once we got beyond that frivolity we made our way through the crowded and receipts all over the floor to retrieve our food. The manager at this location (tall dude with like pink hair) honestly was awful. They close their location early , which is absolutely unacceptable. I just wanted to commend Dominic and Katie of this branch who took the time to take care of us, and went above and beyond the call of duty for the sake of the customer. Bathroom was dirty with one operational stall. Toilet paper all over the floor and entry way. French fries were cold. New Chicken Strips were overcooked and dry. Easy to get into from the Main Street with the protected turn lanes. The restaurant was clean and o my half full. The restrooms were clean and our order came very quickly after ordering. The one thing I hate about McDonalds is their app. Not very user friendly and the points expire, so they want your repeat business all the time. Worst service I've ever had. Half of my order was missing and one of our burgers was missing. My husband asked for replacement and the missing items. One of the burgers was still wrong. I then asked for the replacement, to which I was greeted with attitude. The girl in the front and the line cook argued very loudly that my husband ordered it wrong. I told her I have the receipt, it was ordered correctly to begin with, it wasn't our fault we needed it fixed. She had such an ugly attitude and very rudely shoved the burger in my hand. I've never been treated so badly. I went to eat my food and saw they put the smallest piece of chicken in my wrap. I was so upset I didn't even want to eat anymore. I threw it all away. I'm so disappointed in our treatment. I showed him the code and he goes your total $47 I told him did you enter in the code that doesn't sound right he goes Yeahh you got the free coffee I was like huh?? The food is good at this location is the usual for McDonalds. The service is pretty good and the employees are nice. The views from this McD's are nicer than usual as Wickenburg has gorgeous Arizona nature to look at. Super nice place for a pit stop on your way to Vegas from Phoenix. read more

They tried to charge us $12.15 for two ice cream cones it wasn't until we corrected the young man that he changed it. Then we were treated extremely rude by the person at the second window horrible communication and sarcasm. I addition the second person introduced himself as the manger by saying " your looking at him" we asked to speak on the manager. I feel disrespected and age profiled with very abuse toward and elderly female. This person while I didn't see a name tag or get a name had curly red dyed hair. I ask why hire a person who is clearly not qualified to deal maturely as a customer service oriented individual. Also he was scratching his head under his cap while handing food. No stars if possible! The General Manager is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional! This location served me 2 RAW quarter pounder patties on Friday evening. We were on the road and grabbed a couple QP meals and kept moving. It wasn't until about 10 to 15 miles down the road when a bite or two into the burger we both realized it was browned on the outside but RAW inside. It was not worth eating or turning around and backtracking for. I called the store location and let it ring enough to realize my call wouldn't be answered. I then pulled out my phone and took a couple pictures of each burger and the 2 together showing that there is no way the core temp reached anywhere near standard health practices. Today is Wednesday morning. After a long weekend trip we are headed back and passing the same location. I stopped to speak to the manager and bring it to her attention thinking she MIGHT like to know what her restaurant provided to it's customers... instead she denied they came from her location without proof. Today went to get lunch. Man in truck ahead ordered. Then they began to take orders from second lane and never got back to the first. People behind me were backing up and going to second lane or leaving. After 10 minutes I backed out and left. The time before we went to drive through in the evening. Received our meal we thought. I'm currently traveling with my family and we stop by this mcdonald's to grab some food. I had ordered some chicken nuggets and there was a very weird sand-like texture while eating one and turns out it was sand or something else. It looked like salt or sugar on the nuggets but it tasted like sand. I don't know if they had a bad batch or something got into it, but when we called they did not seem to care and just said "okay thank you" and hung up. please check your food before eating/getting take out here because they obviously do not care about what they are handing out to you. Right now...Waiting in line 20 min since ordered for a soda, apple pie and fries. A red pickup in front of us with 3 laughing teens taking up all the time changing their order again and again at the pickup window, yet watch, they'll park me for fries!! WTH!!!
