Even though it may be rare and odd to give a five star review to a fast food restaurant, I believe this place deserves one. This Taco Bell is clean, how's a great team, and gives excellent service. With their new digital menus, I placed an order and messed up, but their Manager (Joel) and Employee (Jaime) took care of everything with a smile. They literally went out of their way to make sure that I, as a customer, was happy with my experience. I wish there were more people like Joel and Jaime in the work force. Dear Taco Bell: Putting a great deal of sour cream first into a hard taco shell causes the taco shell to turn into mush... so the instant you pick it up, it falls apart. Great if you're hold the taco over a plate or it's paper wrapper, not so good if your shirt and pants are immediately below your hand, showering you with oily meat, cheese, sour cream, etc. Maybe it's funny to watch when it happens to someone in your store while they're sitting down at a table, but very messy otherwise. read more

You have a wonderful employee by the name of Azucena. we stopped by Taco Bell on our way from where we live down to the Mayo Clinic. And she is so wonderful. She sees us pull up and she sees that I have a hard time getting out of the car. She holds the door open for me. And she even helps me get into the restrooms because I have a hard time walking. And when we return again on the way back home, she opens up the door and she asked me how did my appointment go and how am I doing? She is so wonderful and so friendly and we have not had any complaints about the food there at all. They are so friendly and caring! You have a really good employee there! Took my money, couldn't process the order? Took me 25 minutes inside the store just to place the order. The manager offered nothing for inconveniences. Stopped here before heading home after a day of fun! They were very busy and honestly seemed understaffed, but helpful and friendly. I ordered the veggie power menu bowl and tried something new by ordering the Doritos Locos Taco supreme with refried beans instead of meat as I am trying to reduce my meat intake. They were both delicious! All the veggies were fresh, the rice and beans were great too! My fiancé got the bean burrito and #8- a 3 Doritos Locos tacos combo. My sister, her husband, a friend, and I decided to go on an adventure to Vegas. While driving there we got hungry and decided to stop off here for some breakfast. This location was quiet, clean, fast and efficient. The server was friendly, helpful, and kind. She stated my name was of royalty quality, I believe she was correct. Simon says do something and we do it.. or you lose, and no one wants to be a loser. :P I didn't invent that game. The food is just like any Taco Bell, and the restroom was well kept. Well enough for some of us to perform a two before continuation of the long final stretch of driving to Vegas. We also did their survey thing and got some free taco coupons. Wow!! I went to Taco Bell on 1/31/2020, which I normally don't. But it was suggested by a friend/coworker, he heard me complaining about last two fast food restaurants and what a horrible experience I had. So I went to Taco Bell hoping for the best. And this Taco Bell did not disappoint!! I ordered 2 beefy loaded grillers and a regular nachos. The girl at window was friendly and she gave me enough hot sauce packets for my food, normally you only get one or two(definitely wouldn't be enough). She cautions me that the food was hot and she was right! i finally received hot food and not warm!!! So great job Taco Bell, I will definitely be going back soon! Stopped on the way to Phoenix. The new crispy chicken tacos suck. Placed a mobile order, then had to wait in the drive through for over 15 minutes. I get it, people don't want to work, but the order was placed in advance, how does it take 15 minutes to microwave their food and hand it out. When I first looked at the reviews of this Taco Bell They were negative, but since they were close to where I was boondocking I thought I would give them a shot on a Sunday at noon, I placed a mobile order that was being made as soon as I walked in the door, quick service. I found the dining room clean and well stocked. The soda and ice area could use a little clean up. Food was good and what I would of expected. I also place a order for an additional item at the counter and it was handed to me before I left the counter. Once again food to my satisfaction. The men's restroom was clean and completely stocked. Fastest drive-thru in Wickenburg (beating out McDonalds). I just can't give this restaurant 4 or 5 stars because, well, it's Taco Bell. Their fresh condiments are usually flavorless and now you practically have to BEG for sauces, they don't just offer them to you anymore. Also, their soda machine tastes a little off-balanced. Horrible! Dirty, run down, the employees didn't know their butt from.....well you know. The taco meat had NO flavor. I told the kid behind the counter and he just looked at us with his mouth hanging open and shrugged his shoulders. There were flies everywhere. The floors were dirty.
