Arby's located inside the gas station! Convenient and fast. However that's where all the good stuff ends. I must admit I didn't eat at Arby's in years-couple decades. Sandwich appears to be smaller than before, while processed are surprisingly high. I paid $6 for one sandwich with no toppings or a drink or fries. Sadly they were advertising two sandwiches for $6 but I only wanted one. In short I got a bad deal! Service was prompt however! read more

The last time I had Arby's chicken I considered giving up on the chain, but this location changed my mind. Very pleasant cashier, as well. Extremely polite and helpful. This Arby's is located just north of Wickenburg along Highway 93, and is in the same building as a very busy gas station and convenience store. We stopped by at lunchtime on a Wednesday. The manager at the counter was incredibly personable, taking orders at a fast, friendly pace while periodically helping to bag orders and oversee other staff. It looked like an efficient operation. Mood- Something Quick Upon entering was quickly greeted with great customer service. I think the lady behind the counter was in sync with me, as I wanted the Chicken Salad sandwich and it hadnt quite been released when I came to this location. You order at the front counter, pay, and then pick up when it is called. Their beverage station is open for you to fill your own drinks. Opted for the brisket sandwich and a turkey club. Now I will admit I enjoy Arbys sandwiches. I like the size as they arent skimpy at all. That brisket however stole the show that day. So much flavor. Interior is quite large. It is adjacent to the main petrol station. There are several table and chair arrangements. Everything was very clean. Staff was very courteous and hospitable. Would def recommend this location. Pricing is reasonable for the quality of food your going to get. This is one of my go-to places when I am on my way to Phoenix. I love great customer service. Today my wife and I waited for TEN minutes in the drive through for Arby's to take my order. Only two cars were in front of us, and they had already ordered. But since Arby's never came to the mike except to say, "please wait," we tried to drive off, but the two people in front of us were STILL waiting for their food. THEN, WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER *TWELVE* MINUTES FOR THOSE FOLKS IN FRONT TO GET THEIR FOOD, SO WE COULD LEAVE that place. What a waste of almost HALF-AN-HOUR! Never again at ANY Arby's. read more

Upon entering through the convenience store there was this unknown odor. The store did not have what I was looking for so I went through to Arby's. I placed an order to go. It took me 5 minutes to get home and I had to change my clothes and leave my windows open to my vehicle. I Proceeded to eat my food and it hit me what the smell was......the oil they were frying their food in obviously had not been changed for quite some time. I think the restaurant as a whole did well. WHat I did not like was the Waygu hamburger. The hamburger was grey outside / inside. I found out that Arby's does not grill the burger instead it is cooked in a water bath which explains the grey color and lack of flavor. The bun helped. My recommendation is - ARby's go back to your basics - Forget the hamburger. You should advise people - it is not grilled but cooked by water. read more

Arby's usually has the meats! Well this one was a little lacking I had the brisket and it was good just missing some meat. I love the brisket at the other Arby's! Just a suggestion to add a larger portion or portions. The curly frys are always good! Make a couple adjustments and this will be a place to stop when I travel. read more

We hadn't eaten at an Arby's in years and decided to stop at this one to eat because it was convenient and we were really hungry. Huge mistake! We were made to feel not welcome by Peggy at the counter, who got our order wrong twice and then accused us of not ordering what we ordered! Unprofessional, she was nasty and difficult to speak to. I left very upset. I wrote to the corporate headquarters about our experience and evidently they could care less as it's been "crickets" since Wednesday this week. It is now Friday! If they cared at all I would have received some word that they were concerned. Spare yourself the aggravation and nasty interactions with staff and go elsewhere. Fast, fresh and friendly. Stopped by for gas at the gas station at 8 am today and noticed Arby's was open Decided to grab a bite to eat before heading back home to Vegas. Was greeted by a very friendly outgoing female, named May. She answered any questions we had and gave her recommendations on the menu. The food came out fresh and quick. Cooked to order. Coming from a hospitality run town (Vegas) customer service is everything. She was a breathe of fresh air and a great representation of your company. Is she isn't in a management position , she sure should be. Her professionalism and pride in her job was noticed. imore companies these days need people like May in the frontlines. Slow. Waited 20 minutes for my food and others got their food that ordered 10 mins after me. They expect you to know exactly what you want as soon as you walk up to the counter. Give people time to look and make a choice . Don't stand there and huff and puff coz we don't order immediately. Most of the staff is nice but there's a few rude people. Was really hoping for a quick meal to stay on schedule but the entire staff failed. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and waited over 20 minutes for the food before leaving. Went up to the counter twice and was told "it takes 5 minutes to heat the chicken up". Manager appeared aware as well of our waiting and did nothing to help and just continued to ignore us. Brisket sandwich meal at $11.50. The name may be brisket but the meat was tasteless. Way overcooked curly fries and a soda. What a waste of money. Can buy a much bigger and better sandwich in may places in town for less money. Thought i would give it a try since I hadn't been to an Arby's in years.
