If there was a way to give this McDonald's negative stars I would. I don't even know where to begin. Yes, I know it's McDonald's it's to be expected... but that's sad in its self that we have resigned ourselves to get poor service if it's fast food or shit many places these days. 1. I pass this McDs on Penn Ave at least 4x a week, the lights are never on. 2. If you are unlucky enough to be hungry and go through the drive through, expect to not be acknowledged for 5-20 minutes (yes I have been dumb enough to wait) and if they do, they tell you to wait and then crickets. 3. There are some very unpleasant employees (listen no one made you work at this place, if you hate it so much, quit) - I know change is hard but no one should be as miserable as the employees there are. I do my best to be nice but man they make it hard, from the cashier annoyed they had to take your order that mumbles your cost if they say anything at all to the girl at the food window giving you a dirty look and clicking her tongue and touching her face and hair, eyelashes so big no wonder she can't get the right food in the bags 70% at a time. She can't freaking see. 4. Alright, alright I know it's fast food... but McDs at least the fries should be good, right? NOT HERE! I'm easy I get the $5 meal nothing complicated my McDouble was as hard as a rock, I think the smothered it in ketchup & mustard to soften up the bread, the dime size pickle in a sea of sauce, the cheese ... yikes, and it was a mcsingle... the nuggets well 2 of the 4 were hot and the other 2 were colder than the ice in my Dr Pepper... the carbonation in my drink seemed to be okay good thing I don't mind a slightly flat soda. 4. I don't know what to say about the vibe (ambiance) except I will not go to this McDonald's by myself at night, it's not a great neighborhood, the outside is dirty, wouldn't be surprised if there was drug activity going on cause the place always smells like marijuanas. 5. I have no idea what the inside looks like bc the one time I tried to go inside it was locked? I know people say you get what you pay for, but the prices of McDonalds have increased, the service has decreased, and the food is not edible. If you can wait 5 more minutes there a great subway up the street! read more

Ordered delivery twice, first time it was missing the happy meals and instead of a Quarter Pounder Deluxe with Cheese I got a chicken sandwhich. The second time, after calling delivery support and getting a refund, I ordered the happy meals I was missing and only got 2 out of the three. Thankfully the door dash driver was nice enough to take it back and get them to put together the order correctly but still, outside of the delivery driver the service was horrible. Highly disappointed, ordered a Big Mac meal without lettuce "shred", fried , and two 4 piece nuggets with 1 bbq and honey mustard dipping sauce for my friend. Well the Big Mac had lettuce, was cold looked hideous, only one 4 piece nuggets but got the two sauces. The service here has never been great. Very slow through the drive thru. The people not all that very nice. I waited in line in the drive thru for 25 min for my food before they sent me to the drive thru reserved spot to wait for my food since part of it was taking too long. 20 min later they had forgotten about me and my order. I went inside and they ignored me. I finally got service and showed my receipt. They gave me a bag of food that was supposedly mine. The food they gave me was half my order and cold. I left and said forget it. Just do better! Definitely don't recommend coming here for a speedy or pleasant experience all around. read more

I think I have found the worst managed MCD. Four drive up visits over the last month: 1 botched order and the "fix"was stone cold, 1 closed early ( 7 PM) , one a week ago but cash only and my truly last visit yesterday, waited behind 6 cars and 15 minutes and broken shake machine and still cash only. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I understand McDonald's and other fast food places aren't going to have top quality food to begin with but honestly my experiences have resulted in inedible products. I went once and it was awful and my chicken was rubbery... I thought it was just a one-time mishap and tried again a few weeks later. Same issue. Everywhere I've gone with a McDonald's has had the same typical McDonald's-tasting French fries too and yet those don't even taste normal at this particular location. It is 8:00pm on Wednesday evening and McDonald's at 430 Penn Ave is closed, all doors locked and no drive-thru. They have terrible service when they are open, which I was going to overlook because I AM HUNGRY! They close early often, but never this early. What is wrong with the management here? Zero stars. This place is terrible. You have to repeat yourself numerous times and they still mess up your order. They rush you when ordering and huff, puff and sigh as you order. Okay so first off these people don't always get the order right. Like one time at like a different one my sister asked for a chocolate milkshake. And wanna know what you guys gave her? Vanilla.
