This place has a lot of issues with organization and coordination of the employees. I mean there was no napkins and it took me several minutes to get one so that I could eat here. They dish out the orders and everyone lays in wait in the cue to get served. The guy that made my coffee spilled coffee everywhere because he put too much water in the machine and was not paying attention, so the coffee kept pouring out everywhere on the counter. Then, I realized after he had made my coffee that the cup was filled with coffee grounds. If you drink coffee grounds then you become sick. Yah, so many things wrong with this place. If i could give negative starts i would!!!, i called to make sure that they had the item available so i can place the order through uber eats but the "lady" that answered the phone was annoyed and hang the phone at me after telling me "just place the order" which looks like a pretty stupid thing to say.not sure why because she's being paid to do so, anyways if they cared about this and wAnt to find out whos the problem it was a lady and i called at 9:16pm on a sunday night october 6, 2024. Hard to even give a one star to this awful place. We ordered our food and they cancelled the order when it was supposed to arrive in 15 minutes. The place is 5 minutes away by car maximum, our order time was going to be over an hour. Disgrace to the Wendy's corporation. read more

I'd give no stars if possible. Whatever you do don't do mobile order the ppl can't read the directions properly then if you contact them to find out if it is their mistake or doordash the manager running the store at 11am September 1st 2023 is very rude and ignorant. If ppl are paying you for their meals while working atleast have the decentce to act accordingly when they make mistakes. First let me say that I've never stepped foot in this location and plan on keeping it that way. I'm not one for eating alone in a restaurant, so I usually use the drive thru. Being on Penn Ave in the Point Breeze/Wilkinsburg it's a little tricky to get in and out of this location. The wait at the drive thru is usually minimal, which is unheard of for drive thrus anywhere. This is definitely a below average Wendy's although as other have mentioned, your options are limited in this area and this is probably your best bet. I have experienced long delays here in the drive through (20+ minutes with 5 cars in frort of me to start.) My order has ultimately been accurately filled though. The food is normal Wendy's fare. The interior is fine and can get busy at lunchtime. It is not especially clean, but not egregiously dirty either. On the low end of normal. I have never felt unsafe here. read more

Mr and I sat in the drive through for over a half hour. When we first drove up, the person on the mic said it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes later, I looked up the store number and called. The person answering said there was a shift change, and they would be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later, I called again, no one answered. When we got the food, our frosties were partially melted and the fries were barely warm. I try to support it because it's a neighborhood business that hires a lot of local kids, and I can look past a screwed up order every now and then, and I'll probably go again, but man, this was a low point for them. read more

And will never go to that God damned looser place ever again. Breakfast is a fight. They pretend they can't hear you. They with hold items. They simply would not give me my orange juice. With or without my wife. They shut down the drive thru for ten minutes with no explanation. Sperm in the mayonnaise. If you hear come to the second window at the menu, then get very worried. And I kept the burgers for a lab to test. Do they overcharge customers. The orange juice went home with an employee. Be nice once then again then always. And fast food is not slow. This Wendy's is constantly packed at dinner time. I go here weekly because I feel lazy after work haha! I would say that 98% of the time they get my order correct. The workers there are personable and professional. Not really what I would expect from service workers who aren't expecting a tip. They get 5 stars because they are consistent, professional and courteous. read more

This Wendy's can be a hit or a miss. I usually order from the drive thru, and there usually seems to be some kind of line no matter when I go. They are not fast by any means. I've seen a lot of the reviews that said they got their orders wrong, but that hasn't been my experience thus far. I recently ate inside this one, and the updated decor was nice and the space was pretty clean. The frosty and fries were lackluster; my frosty could've have been easily sipped from a straw and the fries were not fresh. Like I said, hit or miss, it all depends on the day. read more

Honestly -- I have been to a few Wendy's lately and this is seriously the best. A kind of a college campus vibe when it comes to seating and they have a Wifi charging bar -- the food came quick and hot and everyone working was really nice. Usually when I venture inside a fast food place they are so busy serving the drive-thru line that they don't have time for the inside orders -- that is not the case here. Stop by if you want a relaxing and accommodating place to work and get a little snacking done. read more

I came here for the first time the other day and I was pleasantly surprised. I came in with a big order to carry out. The cashier was super friendly and so helpful. I can't speak for any other employee but the cashier helped make my decisions so much easier. Customer service like this is the reason to come back. This is one of the worst Wendy's ever! The line is always wrapped around the building but when I finally get my food, half the time it's not what I ordered or something is missing. And they NEVER get my breakfast order correct and all i want is an egg and cheese croissant no meat. They always add sausage. The staff can be unprofessional and borderline rude at times. I had a chicken sandwich and almost died, was so sick. Something told me not to eat it, it was dark and flat so was the tomato and lettuce.

I came to Wendy's about 10 days ago and ordered a large Baconator combo with fries and a drink. The fries were overcooked, and it took 10+ minutes to receive my order. This has got to be the worst fcking Wendy's I have ever been to. They piss me off every time. They always gets orders wrong. Food is not fresh and hot. I would not go there for months and the service is terrible every time. The staff do not greet customers. They do not keep the dining room clean. They frequently run out of condiments and or napkins for the dining area. I would have to say I have received the worst service from there consistently. This place claims it is open until 2am but it never is. 3 times in the last month I've tried to go here later on at night and they haven't been open one time. Last night I went here at 11pm, when they were supposed to be open until 2am according to the hours on their building and online, and still they were closed. Anyway if I wanted to go somewhere to get food during the day I'd never go here and apparently at night when other things aren't open I still can't go here because they close hours before they claim they close. It's also a violation of trust they do this too. Anyway from now on if I want to go to Wendy's I will just have to drive a few miles to go to the next closest one because this one does not have its stuff together. read more
