I went to this establishment around a week ago with my sweet sweet granddaughter and two of her friends. I ordered their classic McNuggets and instead of the warm, tasty food that McDonald's is known for, (well, not in my opinion.) I opened the McNuggets container and found frozen nuggets. When an employee finally came out to tell us the restaurant was supposedly closed for construction for two hours and we couldn't get out order the restaurant then refused to refund our money. Even after I contacted the bank they refused. Also, I'm pretty sure the employee who told us the restaurant was closed was drinking the iced coffee I had just ordered. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady in the drive thru sounded like she hated her job, when she took our money, she told us the total and spoke no other words. Why do people like McDonald's? It is the absolute worst restaurant! It's never fresh. The fries are so salty. The hamburger buns are always had and Heaven forbid you actually get napkins. The McFlurry is just laughable. There's more ice cream on the ice cream cone than in the McFlurry. And now they have their $5 meal (envy Wendy's much?) for a limited time mind you. Not to mention the cleanliness (but i will) it is always so nasty and the employees OMG can they get any not smarter (trying to be nice). McDonald's definitely doesn't care the language that their employees use but why would they? It's near impossible for them to get $40+ order right. So why eat here when go up the road and get good food and service for close to the same price? I give a 1 star bc i feel that it worse than a no star read more

Depends on the time of day you go. I usually go around 10pm-1am I work long hours and the night shift is really chill and sweet and they get my order right the first time. The morning/Mid shift are consistently rude. Sometimes when I need a lunch or a quick snack they always get my order wrong and have the worst attitudes. The fact that one can see from the reviews how bad staffing is here at this McDonald's in Williamsburg, Kentucky, and nothing is changing, but growing worse, instead, tells me that the owner's DO NOT CARE. Anyway, it's Christmas day, my son and I have been very sick this past week, McDonald's is the only place open, so that's where we go for our meal. We did an app order. Went through drive thru, ordered extra cheese (which we paid for) on a Big Mac, even thanked the employees at the windows for working on Christmas day, and went home. Soon realized there was no extra cheese, because there wasn't regular cheese in the first place. Okay, this is an annoyance, but sad to say, not a surprise. But, the deal breaker for me was finding out that the top hamburger patty had a huge bite taken out of it. I could actually see the teeth marks! I could imagine the tweens in the kitchen thinking this was a funny prank. So, I call and ask for a manager and, of course, it's someone who has no personality whatsoever. I related the story to her and there is no response. I asked her what I should do and she said, "well, I can remake it for ya". That's it. With all the issues with Covid and the mask and vaccine mandates, etc., there is no apology or expression of concern that one of her employees did this? Again, the owner's do not care. Bad owners = bad managers = bad employees = frightening things being done to our food on a whim, because there are no consequences to be paid for such behavior. Been several months since last visit. Still horrible. Both lines in drive thru were packed. Ordered a 2 cheeseburger combo. Nothing special. Sat in line nearly 20 minutes. Was still asked to pull over and wait. Are you kidding??? Wait for standard order after already sitting in the line for 20 minutes. Why have 2 drive thru lines open when you cannot keep up? She handed me a medium cup but I noticed all drinks same price so didn't think much of it. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. I live in Williamsburg and the only restaurants that are open after 10:00pm is this McDonald's and Wendy's. I work third shift and sometimes like to pick something up for my dinner break. I went last week and got a Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal. The chicken was hard and dry and the fries were obviously fried in old grease. If I am paying $8.00 for one meal, it needs to be fresh and tasty. I hate buyer's remorse. Stopping for a quick breakfast we were pleased with this particular McDonalds modern decor. Most individuals inside opted for a come as you are style wearing pajamas into the restaurant.
