This is one huddle that resulted in a touchdown! A diversion in plans landed us at this unassuming little greasy spoon diner, which looks like your average diner inside and out, but a massive mound of magical morsels awaits after your order is taken. The stuffed hash browns are pure I-don't-care-if-I-clog-all-my-arteries genius on a plate. Fluffy eggs with melty cheese, sausage patties, and crisp bacon sandwiched between crispy hash browns, all topped with thick, peppery, country gravy. I couldn't stop eating it even when I knew I was full. The biscuit platter (country sausage style) provided similar delight, with perfect eggs and sausage smothered in cheese and a lava flow of gravy, all mounded on top of buttery, flaky biscuits. This is down home cooking at its best. Watching the staff perform their duties in perfect harmony with each other whilst observing management as the conductor and master orchestrator was a sight to behold. Bravo, Huddle House! Can i ask why anyone eat at the huddle house? Its like going to Walmart. They literally would have to have a map to stick their finger in their ass and still would need help. It is impossible to get food as ordered or as menu described. Then they will literally stand and argue with the customer saying it is fixed right. Maybe they don't get an order right bc they are too busy worried about being on their cellphone while having customers. Definitely could use some actual good management. Dropped in for lunch while we were on the road traveling. Both the exterior and interior of the building bears a striking resemblance to one of its competitor chains. Actually, I thought maybe they might be part of the same corporation until I did a little research. I had never heard of Huddle House until this trip. Even the menu shares similar offerings. The wait staff were quite friendly. Definitely felt welcomed and made to feel at home as we entered the door. We sat ourselves at table and were quickly approached asking what we might like to have for drinks. I found that when I unwrapped my napkin from my eating utensils, they were unclean. I asked the another set and they were promptly replaced. While my traveling companions didn't have any issues, the second set was also not the cleanliest either. Fortunately, I ordered their Mushroom & Swiss Burger with tater tots. So, I ate my lunch with my hands. The burger was okay, but was just that mushroom and Swiss cheese. I did like having the different tater tot option to choose from. Prices were fairly inexpensive. If I were back in the area again, however, I likely will choose some where else. read more

I don't understand where all the bad reviews are coming from. We were greeted warmly and got our drinks immediately. The strawberry lemonade is delightful! I ordered country fried steak with 2 sides. Everything came out steaming hot and delicious. Prices are pretty affordable too. It's a great place to stop if you like good old classic American food! read more

The food is always good and so is the service. The most trouble I've had is a waitress not filling up drinks and that should not dictate the quality of the restaurant as a whole. I go here quite often when school is in session and I have never left unsatisfied or upset. read more

This food was terrible. The service was okay we loved the accents but the boxes got holes in the bottom and the waffle were disgusting and hard. The burger buns were soggy and the strawberry french toast was very poorly put together. Fries made me want to barf and my bacon sausage stuffed hash browns could have been better. My syrup had a hole in it so probably drugged. Nothing like in the picture. I except better for paying $36 for 3 breakfast meals.. Only thing good they had was the orange juice. read more

We were looking for a quick breakfast, and this place definitely delivered. We got our food quickly and then it was delicious. I got eggs and bacon. I think they were possibly the greatest eggs and bacon ever. We always ask for the bacon well done and this place actually cooked our bacon well done!!! I don't think any other place has ever done that!!! Also I got an amazing chocolate milkshake. I don't understand why every restaurant can't make food this good.
