Now, seeing low ratings I really try to go in open minded. I ordered a couple burgers and a chicken sandwich with small fries and ranch. The fries were crispy at all, lasted a bit on the old side. You know, when fries get left out a little too long. 1 of my burgers had cheese on it (I requested no cheese). Additionally, there was no ranch. So that was a bummer. Service was good, we didn't go into the establishment. We will give it another try tho! read more

My order was only partially correct. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels and did not receive them. I got a sausage biscuit. Also ordered extra eggs and an extra piece of sausage did not receive. Ordered a frozen coke and received a small orange juice. When you pay this much you expect to get what you ordered! read more

The worker named "Hayley" is very rude and disrespectful, she yelled at another associate for replacing the sweet tea because multiple customers came up needing sweet tea. She was very loud and rude to the people working there. read more

I rolled into my fav' Micky Dee's on the Lyco Creek rd the other day an ordered up my fav feast a 20 chick nug with barbecue sauce & ranch that I mix with honey mustard! A large fry a McCafe Blueberry pomegranate smoothie & large Big Mac for L8ter! It don't get no better then that except when the town loon comes in and sits right across from me who I split my nugs with while he tells me about how Danny Devito lives in his stomach like Quato from the movie Total Recall! I am not a social media kind of guy. And I do not like to post about things but this is getting very irritating now I have gone to this McDonald's all my life and have never had any trouble with waiting in the drive thru for a couple minutes but when you have to wait in traffic for 10 minutes before you can even pull in to the drive thru line at McDonald's and start another 45 minutes wait in the drive thru just to get your " FAST FOOD " that is no longer fast food anymore. I have now waited their 8 times over 40 minutes to get food something must change either management has to step in and take order of the employees or change the name of McDonald's from fast food to slow food read more

This location has some of the worst staff. From ignoring people trying to order at the counter, not following COVID protocol, blasting music so you can't hear them when you call to ask a question, to the management staff's lack of customer service. My husband has been a regular there for years. He knows and jokes with the staff, but knows where the line is. A manager was bringing my food to the table and decided to "jokingly" kick my husband in the ankle. No big deal, right? Not so much for a diabetic. After reporting the incident to a manager, they said that we should call the franchise office to put in a report. Owner, Andrew, blamed my husband for always joking with the staff. We don't want anyone in trouble, just wanted to report the incident since my husband's ankle is STILL red and swollen 48 hours later!! Even minor injuries can trigger a major problem for a diabetic...especially their feet! Will be following up with a police report and contacting our lawyer. Maybe they will take things like this more seriously going forward. read more

This place has 2 speeds, slow and slower. More interested in serving the employees on break. I don't go McD's often and they gave me every reason not to change that. Lots of employees doing nothing. read more

We stopped at this McDonalds on Sunday August 16,2015 at 10:21 AM.. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and a Hash Brown.. I saw the girl making the sandwiches get the guys attention around the corner from her who was packing the orders and he shook his head NO.. She shook her head yes, then my order was brought out to me.. I knew something was wrong but wasn't sure it was with my order.. We left and I went to eat my order in the car and was surprised to find it was a Sausage Egg McMuffin.. I can't eat sausage, so my boyfriend ate it.. Now here I am completely starved and I have nothing to eat.. On our way back thru later in the day we stopped so I could get my money back and the Manager treated me like shit.. She had skin falling off her face and it wasn't from a sunburn, and she is preparing food for customers like that.. I had the receipt and the wrapper for the sandwich to prove what I ordered and what I received.. She basically called me a liar and said I could of gotten that wrapper anywhere.. So now she is calling me a liar and also telling me I am a hog in how I keep my vehicles, that I have this stuff laying on the floor all over the place or maybe she figured I was rooting in garbage cans.. I got her name and her District Managers name.. She conveniently was on vacation but I spoke with a lady named Kelly on Aug. 17, 2015 at 12:40 PM.. She insured me she would have someone get in touch with me within a week.. I have never heard another thing from her or anyone from McDonalds.. I would avoid this McDonalds at all cost.. I can't imagine a Manager that doesn't know how to take care of there customers and make it right, if they want to keep the business.. McDonalds is ruining their own business by not taking care of their customers and allowing their managers to treat their customers like this.. read more

Stopped here around 10p while traveling from NY to MD and ended up having a lot of hit or miss foods. We had three orders of fries, and one ended up being really salty. Not a huge problem, but ehh. The biggest issue was an order for a McWrap. I honestly cannot even think of a way to explain what I had wrapped. It was literally two slices of crispy chicken, and mushy tortilla stuffed into the wrap holder. It was not even wrapped????? I went in to have it corrected, because there was no way I was eating that! The first correction wrap... One employee began cutting the chicken, and while cutting, a piece of the chicken flew across the counter. There was another employee that grabbed the loose piece, and literally tossed it back to him. And yes, he placed it on to the wrap. That wasn't going to happen, so I asked them to make a completely different wrap, because it's rude and disgusting to play with someone's food. Eventually they got it right, but you can tell the kids were just oh so happy to be making fast food meals. In addition to the food issue, the employee in the drive thru window knocked a bunch of items on to the wet-n-greasy kitchen floor. Instead of placing them to the side, or letting a manager know she needed CLEAN drink tops and food boxes, she simply re-stacked them and started using them like nothing had ever happened. If you're hungry, I guess it's ok, but if you're heading south, hold on about 10 mins (if that) for the small town (there's a Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Hampton Inn etc) with more options. Heading north? Stop at the town I aforementioned, or prepare to drive a good distance before you find somewhere else to eat! read more

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Waited over 30 Minutes for food while other cars drove past with all of their food, and not only the wait was bad, but this was the 5th time in a row that they have gotten an order wrong, and they have forgotten food 3 times now. Their food isn't worth the wait or the troubles. Never going there. read more
