I have been eating at Crazy Tomato for several years. Food has always been good. Today I ordered on line & got a web order #. My husband picked it up & instead of Web #8 we were given Web#7. We were given wrong food & charged $26 instead of $12. When I called to complain I was told to bring it back but I was already across town & back at work. The person I spoke with hung up on me when I said I couldn't return it. He said person whose food he got was unhappy & so was CrazyTomato. He said my husband answered to the name on order but my husband says he didn't & seems unlikely since it wasnt close to his name. I was very disappointed in the attitude. read more

Fell upon this little jewel in the rough. We were greeted and warmly. The place was clean and showed some organization. The menu has a lot of choices to choose from. The ingredients appear to be fresh and tasty. I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich which was good. The slaw fries were a fun treat and different. The pile high fries were a little too much but doable to eat. Want to try other things on the menu if ever in the area. read more

The Crazy Club is so big that you can't get the whole thing in your mouth at one time. This is not a complaint! "Ham, turkey, bacon, homemade coleslaw, fries, white American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, and mayonnaise on our homemade Italian bread" and you aren't going to want to leave one crumb or dollop behind. It makes it forgivable that they are closed on weekends and only open Mon-Fri 10-6. Get a loaf of their bread to go and use it for your weekend french toast. Thank me later. read more

Stopped here for dinner tonight after reading the mostly positive Yelp reviews. Got the chicken philly sandwich, and it was outstanding. Fresh bread, wonderful taste. I got the half-size sandwich and it was plenty; but I regretted not getting the full one after tasting it. The homemade chips were great too. Seriously, though, the food was good. We were first here back in May and the food was so good it was our first stop when we visited again a couple of weekends ago. On our last visit hubby go the Italian Sub and enjoyed it but after 1 taste of my BBQ Chicken and he regretted his decision so on this visit we decided to get another BBQ Chicken to share along with a chef salad. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich is chunks of chicken in a delicious bbq sauce, topped with red onions, tomatoes and cheese on homeade Italian bread that always tastes like it just came out of the oven and absolutely delicious. Neither of us could get over how large the chef salad was, salad greens and veggies with a heaping pile of ham, turkey and cheese on top and the ranch dressing tasted like it was homemade. We ordered takeout but there is limited seating indoors and you can also pick up your order from their drive in window. Staff is great, food is even better, shame we don't have one of these close to us in White Marsh MD but trust and believe we will find reasons to travel to the area just so we have an excuse to grab some carryout. read more

Great place for sandwiches and wraps. I've gotten the honey barbecue chicken wrap twice and highly recommend it. If you're looking for a splurge, go for the crazy piled high fries. Tried the pizza once, but wasn't a huge fan. Not bad, just not the style of pizza I prefer. Limited seating, but I've never had an issue with not finding a seat. Even though it's on the strip, the Crazy Tomato seems tucked away. I hope they get enough traffic, because it's a good stop. The dining room is a little small, so unless you're getting take out, I wouldn't go with a big group. It is very stylish, though. I really liked the look, and even our plates had a flair to them. We had a chicken cheesesteak, a tenderloin wrap, and fries. Everything was good and fresh. And, the price was right: under $15 for the two of us. The only complaint I might muster up is that I wished for a bit more meat on the sandwiches. But, they tasted great and were filling, so I can't complain. read more

At first I thought it was the growing pains of a new business, and I was willing to give it a second, and third try(after some time). So watery that I struggled to keep the cheese on the slice during its short trip from the plate into my mouth. It's not very vegetarian-friendly as all of their sandwiches have meat. I had THE BEST BLT here last week! It was so freakin' good, fresh, crisp, and satisfying. In fact it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time. I'm definitely interested in trying some of their other menu options next time I'm in town. The actual space inside is a bit cramped and when they're busy it can feel a bit hectic. The drive-thru option (if you call ahead) is definitely up for consideration. I could see ordering ahead, picking up at the drive-thru and then going to the park for an easy picnic. This review is for a take-out order I placed. I ordered their crispy chicken Ranch wrap which was amazing. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sandwich was not soggy. I also tried their homemade potato chips which I highly recommend that you try. If you're looking for something to fix that sweet tooth, Definitely try their funnel cake fries. I ordered my usual wrap went through their drive through & they told me I have to pay for orders that were never picked up. For a wrap and a cheesesteak. The name isn't even mine! They refused to make me my wrap until I paid for the wrap and cheese steak that wasn't in my name. Never in my life did I feel so horrible. I have never in my life heard of a place that charged for you're food you didn't pick up! You didn't actually get the product. And, to try to charge another customer for something hey didn't do?!?!! Favorite chicken cheesesteak in town. I get it in a plain wrap with everything on it, I crave this sandwich all the time. I also adore the fresh cut chips, they are perfect! My kids like to get a burger or pizza and they're always happy. Anywhere that makes us all happy needs to be a regular on our dinner rotation. Very small inside but I like to think of it as cozy. If you do choose to eat here do not leave without getting an order of their homemade chips. By farr the best homemade chips! Also I can't begin to describe how good their everything bread is. It is thin and always fresh. It litterly melts in your mouth. Here are my complaints: I always get a hot sandwich and ask to get it on their everything bread, this has never been a problem in the past. The last time I went in I was straight up told no by the cashier. They ended up not having any in the end but I was completely shocked when I was told no. I didn't even know how to respond. Seating is very limited. If you go at lunch time don't be surprised if there isn't an open table. Also service is slow. I understand a wait when it is packed but I waited at least 20 minutes for one sandwich when the place was empty. Last complaint, prices are high. Everything here is very over priced. read more

My workplace orders from here atleast once a week and today 05.31.2019 when the food was delivered I was overcharged. When I called to tell them about their mistake the lady who I spoke with advised me that I never said what size chips I wanted and that's why she defaulted to the Large size and before I could tell her they put onions on my sandwich as well and didn't bring the oil and peppers she hung up on me.
