Fairly run of your mill McDonalds. The location was fairly clean and orderly when I picked up my order around 5pm. The food was pretty on par with what you would expect. They seemed pretty well staffed. You have the option of ordering at the kiosk or if you wait at a cash register, a team member will assist you. Specifically came to review it despite it only being a fast food place because the mobile order lets you sit down and they bring the order to your table with "table service". Prices are significantly higher than 5 years ago, but with the added service it brings the value back. read more

If you order coffee, it will not come the way you ordered it. I have resorted to ordering black with cream and sugar on the side and they will still give me an undrinkable 9 creams 9 sugars in the coffee. This location will not give you the correct size coffee, and they will give you the wrong kind (ice or hot ). It is a Suprise every time!!! We order through Ubereats from this place because it's close by and fast. The issue at hand is not Ubereats, it's YOUR LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES who cannot seem to put an order together correctly! This was my go-to McDonalds for years and years and years. The best thing about this particular location, is that they have that playplace thing out front for the kids. Take your nephews there, and you're guaranteed about 1/2 hour of peace as they go taking off through the kid-sized hamster tubes. read more

I do think this is the last time I bother with McDonald's. This isnt a review of the Woburn McDonald's but rather just McDonald's. I figured I would go there and get the two-for-five deal. They didn't have it. I paid $5.39 for a Big Mac. They should just call it a Mac because it's not big. A Small Mac is more like it. In case you're not aware, the patties are only 1/10 of a pound before cooking. That is a pathetic amount of meat for the money. I did also get buttermilk chicken tenders which were actually pretty good, I hate to admit. Back in the day, McDonald's was "good" because it was the only place around. The menu is totally limited. And they try to railroad you into paying for a combo meal -they don't even put the price of the Mac on the menu board -probably because people would realize it's such a rip off and won't order it if they see how expensive this unsubstantial burger is. No, it's not in the spirit of Yelp to review McDonalds; and yes, I'm doing it anyway. I'm old enough to remember the days when every McDonalds had - at a minimum - a life-size figurine of the Hamburgler for the amusement of young patrons. But the quaint days of the Ronald McDonald, Grimace, and Hamburgler posse have long since been supplanted by the "I'm Lovin' It" McDonalds of the 21st century. For those of us that miss the classic McDonalds of yesterday, there's the Woburn McDonalds Playplace. This is the McDonalds of old. This is what McDonalds was and should be all about. It's not about the Happy Meal. It's about jumping into a pool of plastic balls, after you've scarfed the Happy Meal much too quickly. I can't say first-hand how good the Woburn McDonalds Playplace is, as I well exceed the 4-ft minimum height requirement which would give me the authorization to actually enter the playground area, but from what I have seen of it from a distance (and I don't dare venture closer than 12 feet, for fear of fecal contamination) - it looks pretty happening. It's got tubes, slides, ladders, and various and sundry things to have a good time on. My kind of McDonalds. read more

I wwnt to McDonald's today, The people down there just don't understand. I asked for three cream and no sugar three times. I came home and she didn't do that. They have their heads up their behinds. They do what they want to technically and basically. They should hire more help to teach these screw ups what to do. One time me I had hairs on my burger and vomit on my shake. These people can't seem to get it right. They can't get it straight. My advise: nothing to see here, keep moving. I'll never return. They'll never get it right. This review goes for all the McDonalds. I love it. They have great food but it is not healthy for you. I would recommend it as a once in a while treat. The milkshakes are really good and I recommend the happy meal. However the food is not real meat and the sauces are not great. The apple slices have gone down hill but are still good. read more

not sure how this place is in business. Very poor condition. playground screams bacteria and not to mention, very very poorly lit. At night, the playground looks depressing! they ave a hidden gem (because there aren't that many McDs or BKs with playground). Sticky. Everything was sticky. I had to wash my hands after carrying the tray to the table since my palm was covered by some mysterious sticky substance. Tried to open the container my sandwich was in and got a handful of mayo because I hadn't realized they'd dribbled mayo down the outside of the box (almost no mayo actually made it into the sandwich). Finished up with opening a couple of ketchup packets (they don't have a dispenser), and my hands came away sticky; this shouldn't have surprised me since there was some sort of brown substance obvious on the outside of many of the packets. read more

A lot of fond memories of my childhood are riding down here with all my friends on our Mongoose/Haro bicycles and staying as long as we could. It would always end in Mike the manager shouting "YOU BUYING? GOOODBYE!" As he showed us the door. Great guy. But I must include in this review that the bathrooms are not to satisfactory standards and constantly smell like french fries and crappy marijuana.
