Went through the drive thru here and had such a great experience that I really wanted to leave a review. This location was so organized and so friendly!!! Food was amazing as ever, so I really wanted to focus on the customer service. Most Chick-fil-A's have great organization when it comes to their drive thrus, but this location was even better. Sky high prices and the food isn't filling at all. The nuggets look like tater tots. The sandwiches are snack size. It costs $50-$60 to feed 3 people. Just ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten-free bun, decided to park the car before I go back on the road to eat. Good thing I did! The bun is in a separate sealed package, as well as the dressing, and the chicken, lettuce and tomato are in another. Make your own?! For $10? Like most people said, this place has amazing employees who are great inside and outside at the drive through. If you go at peak times, it's like a team of ninjas working the drive through lines. They are out there in all weather, and management supplies them with the right gear for the conditions. I've never seen anything like it. Every other drive through I have been to, you are waiting in line to talk to the speaker in the menu board. Here they come to you during those busy times and get the orders in, so that the food is often ready before you reach the window and delivered to you while in line. I have been stuck in other drive throughs nearby for over an hour with no way out, this place is amazing and extremely well run with very friendly and efficient employees. The drive thru line is very long and the staff inside are running all over the place but they seem to be very efficient. Picking up was very fast and the staff politely brings out the orders. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce on the side. Took it home and added a slice of cheese to it. This chicken sandwich is pretty awesome. It is not your typical fast food chicken sandwich. The chicken is the right crispiness, spiciness, and moist inside. It comes with pickles. Adding the cheese and buffalo sauce really boldens the flavors. Totally recommend it. I also got the Cookies & Cream milkshake. It is just as you would expect it to taste. Sweetness level is acceptably good. Good thickness that can pass though the straw easily. This spot does this milkshake well. Overall, I am impressed by this spot. Imagine this- you've been craving CFA all week, you plan your cheat meal out. You plan all week to go on Friday after your Afternoon run so you can feast upon a glorious spread of spicy chicken sandwiches and grilled nuggets. You earned this cheat meal. You ate ground turkey and chicken breast all week. You ran and you biked, this meal will be pure euphoria, dopamine rushing to your brain. Now, it is Friday, you finished your week of pain. You go to CFA and you order your spicy chicken sandwich and 12 count grilled nugget meal (large) with half unsweetened tea and half diet lemonade. You pay with your CFA APP, you're so close to signature member. Life is good. You pull into the pickup window and this CFA tries giving you a medium half unsweet / half diet. Ok. No biggie. You explain, "Oh I think I got a large meal" the bald man in the drive through looks it over and is like ohhh you're right. No biggie. Lets get it fixed for you. The blonde middle aged woman in the window is visibly annoyed. Wait what?!? What did I do? Y'all are the one who messed up my order. They give you your food and the food is good and then they give back your drink. As you reach out the window to grab your drink, you immediately get flashbacks of your last arm day, that's how heavy your drink is. Whatever. You need to shower so you pull out. At the red light you think to yourself they gave me my drink quick didn't they, whys it so heavy? So you open the lid and this is what you see. Now although I didn't see it happen, I'm 99% sure the blonde middle aged woman just had the worker dump the medium into a large with ice in it already. This drink was no joke a straight pound of ice. It was basically an ice soup. This CFA disrespected the customer, shorted the customer on heavenly half unsweet / half diet, but most importantly ruined your day. All you can think about is how glorious your Friday would've been had this CFA been up to national CFA standards. This is the first bad experience I've ever had at a CFA after years. I'm distraught. But, having been to this location several times now during the pandemic, I thought I'd drop a review for the heck of it. I'm giving a rating of 5 stars because they set a standard as a chain and this location has definitely reached it. So, it's a 5/5 for me, but obviously this is not commensurate to a 5/5 for a hole-in-the-wall family restaurant or some posh establishment. I've never had any problems here, and the chicken tastes as good as legends would have one believe. Their efficiency is impressive: within a few minutes of placing an online order for several sandwiches, I already got the notification that I could go and pick it up. Of course, a lot of this stuff is pre-prepped. Still, take nothing away from that famous recipe taste. I've only been inside to pick up my order before prompting leaving, so I can't say much about the interior (although it's probably mostly standardized across locations as well). During the height of the pandemic, the staff would astutely enforce social distancing while placing orders on a designated table away from the counter. Do be warned, their spicy chicken sandwich packs more flavor but also sometimes has a surprisingly strong zing that can sucker punch you if you're bad with hot food. It's hit or miss. Oh--and make sure to sign up for rewards with an account! If you're going to revisit a Chick-fil-a, it only makes sense to shut up and take their freely offered money. read more

Took my parents here when coming home from Lahey hospital after my kidney transplant. Very crowded around noon time on a Thursday, we got in what was 2 lanes surrounding the establishment and were greeted by a gentleman with an iPad device taking our orders, which was a but inconvenient because my dad wanted to see the menu, but I ended up ordering for the family so it wasn't a huge disadvantage considering I usually just get the original chicken sandwich. Idk if that's standard protocol at this chick fil a or what but it was quite different, after ordering our food was almost instantly done and given to us by what looked like the general manager, nice service regardless. Their FOOD is consistent and too notch for fast food, they simply do one thing amazingly well (Chicken!) Their fries are a waffle style cut and definitely the Best as far as fast food goes! They are often busy and have a line that moves along speedily so there is never really much of a wait even if there is a line. The place was pretty full, but staff was busy cleaning! Cute flowers were on the tables. Staff is always very polite. Drive thru is also usually busy, but quick! I usually order a lemonade or a sunjoy to drink, 8 piece nugget meal or the spicy chicken deluxe meal with waffle fries and Chick-Fil-A sauce. It usually costs me around $12.
