Went through drive-thru because I needed something quick and easy. I got neither. Sat in the left side lane of the drive-thru while about 5-6 cars in a row were serviced in the right lane. Simple order: quarter pounder, large fry, plain cheeseburger, and McCrispy Deluxe. Can't believe they actually got the cheeseburger correct by the way they screwed up the McCrispy. What was supposed to be a crispy chicken filet with lettuce, Roma tomatoes and mayo was a soggy, cold chicken filet with (I'm not joking) about five strands of lettuce - and that was it. No sauce, no tomatoes. The quarter pounder was so cold I had to heat it up when I came home. Spent almost $20 for garbage. Never again. read more

I came to this Mcdonalds today with my family including a 1 year old to celebrate my 13 year olds first volleyball game at the Y this season. We ordered inside to eat in, and when I ordered on the do it your self terminal and paid the extra tax to eat in, the receipt printer never printed a receipt (must have been out of paper). So naturally I didn't see my "order number" (7000 something), and only had our table tent. The Mcdonalds employees kept on calling at the counter as if every single order was to go all bagged up, "order number 7568" and there was complete chaos with all of the people eating in, so naturally I didn't want to dig inside each bag in case it might be someone elses food. So I finally found mine, they didn't give ANYONE their drink cups and I heard another worker saying who is on front counter, and they replied no one right now. I wanted so badly to just walk to two feet behind the counter to grab my three cups before all of my food was ice cold. There was zero access to napkins, and to top it off their bathroom floor was sopping wet with no wet floor sign, and my almost two year old who can walk extremely well for her age slipped and fell based on the sheer greasiness of the bathroom floor combined with water. They wouldn't give us ketchup. My bun was hard and old. But the absolute icing on the cake was earlier when I couldn't get the cups that I paid for the person who finally was assigned front counter came in taking orders with an ipod ear bud in one ear barely paying attention to the customers, I said, "Can I please have the cups for my order?", and she replied very arrogently, "ya, I know I'm obviously getting them." 0/10 experience, we will never be back. read more

I went through the drive thru today for lunch around 1:30. There were about 5 cars in front of me in line but i was in and out in under 10 minutes! The guy taking my order was super nice, asked me how I was, thanked me after I ordered and told me to have a nice day. Was also really friendly when I got to the window to pay. The lady at the second window who gave me my food was very sweet also. My food was hot and exactly as I ordered it. My only complaint is that my fries didn't have any salt on them but I salted them when I got home and since they were hot and fresh, they were perfect. I wish every experience I had at McDonald's could be like this one. read more

Morning crew is great and friendly. The night crew is unfortunately awful. I visited at around 10:00 one night and two employees were screaming at one another. I also recently placed a drive through order and left after over 25 minutes when the line had only moved forward 4 cars. When I pulled up to the speaker I was not acknowledged at all. after sitting for about 6 minutes I finally tried to talk and was told "it would be a minute". As noted in the previous reviews service was very slow in getting your food. There was a long line of people waiting around. I ordered mobile and did not help speed. At noon There were about 8 workers I saw and one on lunch break. It seemed very disorganized as the manager was bagging orders. Should the manager be managing? When I got my2 order of mc chicken strips I thought the texture was strange maybe could have cooked a few more minutes. No employee was assigned to the dining room. The drink station was a mess with drink spills and trash all over. There was a wet floor sign in front of the counter but the floor had not seen a mop on weeks. The tile floor was very dirty. And to top it off there was no toilet paper in the ladies. read more

Slow, Terribly slow. Waited 20 minutes (inside) for a sandwich and hash brown at 9:30 in the morning.

Service was absolutely awful I ordered 2 double cheese burger with only cheese and lettuce and small fry bundles and another cheeseburger bundle with only Mac sauce and lettuce and small fry and a kids meal 6 piece nugget with no apples just a small fry (which I was told came w it bc I even asked) then she rang it up wrong. I paid double what the 2nd lettuce and cheese bundle should have been I paid 4$ plus 2$ for a small fry that should have been with it to begin w but had to pay for the fry even tho she rang it up wrong and didn't listen when I stated it very very clearly. Then I didn't get the double fry in my kids meal which would be a small fry like I was told by the SAME worker. Instead got apples worker became very snotty. Since getting home I have tried to talk to a manager almost 10 times calling and nobody wants to answer their phone. I will absolutely never ever spend a dime here again if ur in the area and want mcdonalds I wouldn't go to main st. Take the extra min or so and drive to Detroit mcdonalds. read more

The stupidest visit ever, got to watch four people stand around while two worked. It took twelve minutes sitting in drive thru plus another 18 in line. Once I finally got my order home we look in the happy meals for the kids and my daughters didn't have a hamburger in it. There are reasons people drive across town to visit the McDonald's there, all while passing this McDonald's. While placing a "very simple" & "small order" there was constant bickering by staff regarding the lack of personnel working, all while the 10-15 associates were tripping over each other to do their jobs (i.e. way too many people working). Four off the clock associates took it upon themselves to walk behind the counter and bicker about various things with the current "on-the-clock staff", which took all attention from customers waiting to place or receive their order(s). 20 minutes had gone by while orders were received by customers that had orders taken after my order had been placed, I was looked at in a strange manor by the young lady behind the counter as she asked me "are you still waiting on your order?" I informed her "yes ma'am, I am still awaiting my order". She apologized and informed me that it had been erased off the screen but would be made again. 20 minutes later, all the while of not being noticed after the first time. Another customer informed the same young lady that she thought I needed to be next since I had been there a while. The young lady asked me if there was something I needed, then almost immediately realized my order still had not been given to me. I informed her that before all I wished was my food order I had paid for, however now I would like a manager. She promptly tracked down a manager, the same manager that had passed by many customers backed up half-way through the store to place an order and yet never spoke a word of "I'm sorry for your wait" or to assist the struggling young lady trying to take orders all by herself. I informed the manager to take care of the rest of the order in her hand for another customer and I would talk to her after. She finished the order and asked me what she could help me with. I informed her I absolutely do not like to complain and never ask for compensation, however after waiting for approx. 45 minutes for "two-dbl cheese plain & large fry" I felt it was very important to let her know my displeasure and that I was not impressed with the service. The manager asked me what exactly did I order and she would have the order made, then said if she could get me anything else. I said just my food and she said she had (and I quote) "these free-bee things" and handed two to me. Less than a minute later, the order was on the counter. I would like to add, the only person that said any form of an apology was the young lady. As it seemed by the demeanor of body-language by the manager that I was inconveniencing her. I will also add that even with "two" free meal tickets, I may never use them. Due to I am not sure I will ever step foot in that establishment again. *The customer is NOT always right. However when there is a valid issue then please take care of your customer, as it may be your last. read more
