If I could give zero stars I would this place has bad service, food that is either burned or fried that are cold, and makes you wait forever. trash read more

Don't waste your time. Drive thru is constantly packed and order is right only 50% of the time. Drive thru is packed not because they have a heavy volume but because the staff cannot get an order correct. You are always being asked to pull forward and wait while others are served. Don't expect any better service in the lobby, they are all busy talking to each other or playing on their phones. read more

Food was never that good although I did like it when I was a child. The line at this place is outrageous at nearly all times. Please do not put this crap into your body as most of the menu items are poisonous to your well being. There are many other choices in the area and I recommend that you choose them. Good luck if you eat this stuff, because you are going to need it. read more

Still great food after the renovation but staff still slow even if you preorder on kiosk. Hard to customize meal unless you go to counter and order special which will take a while to get. Drive through wait time is excessively long which seems like a staff shortage problem. Hope they get their act together soon. read more

Smh please don't get me started...you wait way too long to get ur order.while staff stands around and jokes..or manger's get rude if u saw anything..I do not eat here anymore sad cause I love McDonald's food...coperate needs to clean house & find ppl who really wants a job..if they did that then maybe wait times in the lobby wouldn't b 20 minutes for a chessbuger and small fry...sad sad place....go to the one on Detroit Street at lease it's clean read more

The food is usually pretty good, but you have to wait a half hour in the drive thru. And they almost always get the order wrong. Plus they're usually pretty rude too. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service at the drive thru. We waited 15 mins in line before a car moved. If there wasn't cars behind us we wouldn have left. Then they were taking 3 and 4 orders from the other lane before they took them from our side. I understand things happen but not one person said we are sorry for your wait. When I mentioned to the lady who was taking orders an apology would have been nice she bristled up as my grandmothers would have called it. Horrible customer service read more

Horribly poor service, long wait for poor food. Employees seem more interested in discussing what they have read on facebook than waiting on customers. read more

This is the world's best Mc Donalds. . No matter how long the line is (double lane 24 hour drive through) , you're always through the line in 5 minutes and you're order's always right and hot! Love this McDonalds!! Seriously don't understand the other reviews. I've lived here 10 years and lived in Florida Georgia Beavercreek Colombus, North Carolina and Oklahoma as well as visited a multitude of places (any state east of the Mississippi and some west). Of course I always use the drive thru so maybe that's the difference? I go at varying hours. Maybe they got this one confused with the one near the high school? read more

I usually only go to McDonald's to get an iced coffee or a frappe. No matter what time of day or night there is always a huge line (inside and drive through) and it TAKES FOREVER to get through the line. I like the iced coffee and frappes and the people are friendly about 90% of the time. However, I go to the one by the high school now. They rarely have people waiting and if they do they get you through quickly. read more

Another bad experience this morning. My order was wrong again. I'm not sure what has happened to this place but something changed a year or so ago. I always stopped there early in the morning but now I stop as a last resort because every time I do I get disappointed. Long wait and a lot of times the order is wrong or missing something. I have been there for lunch and the service is a little better. The morning crew is very unprofessional and lazy. I blame the management for letting this happen. I challenge the top management or owners to go in unexpected a few different times and see for your self. I used to think that Waynesville, Ohio had the worst McDonald's but now I think Main Street in Xenia has took that title. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere now. read more

This place for "fast food" is slower than a snail! I'm personally not a big fast food eater, but I do know that when I need fast food I need it to be fast, and at a decent temperature. My food is usually cold by the time I get it. Honestly Wendy's next door is better in every way. Spend the extra money for real service. read more

I may be a glutton for punishment, considering my STILL going to this restaurant or, it may simple be the fact it is the closest, least expensive place to eat. All the same, if you want fast food fast and, even more importantly, correct, don't go here. First, no matter the order, it seems to take a minimum of 10 minutes to receive and, probably 4 out of 5 times, SOMETHING will be wrong or just plain nasty. The reason I am posting this now is because I fear eating what I normally order. I usually get the Egg McMuffins but the past several visits, the eggs have been severely undercooked. The yoke shouldn't burst like they are cooked over-easy. How exactly is there now standard knowledge and a standard time regarding cooking this item? How does it take 10 minutes or more to UNDERCOOK something? Other times, I order a burger without lettuce or any topping you may not like and yet, you will still get that topping. I think I have provided all the advice I can, visit here at your own risk or because you have no other choice, like me. GOOD LUCK! P.S. I forgot to mention, I have been here 3 times in the last week and, to be honest, the crew/management has provided SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER customer service than any other time in the past 5 years. I cannot speculate if this change is permanent or something else, let's hope it is for real and forever. Just wanted to make this review as accurate as possible. Thanks for reading, hope it helps SOMEONE. read more

I usually only stop here early am for breakfast, but they are quick and accurate. Thank you

Every time I go to this location at night the manager Toya, is very disrespectful and rude. I was given a melted frappe and I know it had to sit out because I've worked at McDonald's before. I called to let the manager (Toya) know what happened. She then hung up the phone before allowing me to finish. My friend called again she hung up on her. We've been calling back every few minutes but she won't answer read more

If you plan to go to this McDonald's at night, be ready to spend a half hour in line. The staff is horrible and being managed by even worse managers. I would not recommend. read more

Horribly long line every time, they gave me the wrong sauce, cold food, and apples in stead of fries.. How am I going to eat my nuggets without sauce?? :( read more

Aside from their "double drive thru" being a nightmare because people hop the line rather than waiting, the don't ever seem to get order right (for breakfast- which is the only time I eat there). I have issues complaints & received phone calls & email apologies back with "free food" coupons... Which are usually for things I don't eat & really don't make the experience to go back worth while. Save yourself time and hit the McDs on Detroit St if you can. They seem to have it together. read more

This is the most terrible Mcdonalds ever. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to finally get up the speaker and nobody took my order. I then pulled out of that drive thru line and went into the other. Waiting for another 20 minutes I decided to drive across town to the other mcdonalds. Which I should have done from the start. On several occasion I have bitten into rotten chicken they have served. All of the pieces black and moldy on the inside. On another occasion I had to deal with there extremely rude staff and even got harassed by one of there workers. This place is clearly poorly managed and I believe should not be open. If you simply can't serve food that isn't rotten and maintain a good respecting work place then why be open?!!? read more

Last week I went through the Drive-Thru for two cokes. As usual the DT was packed, so for two cokes I'm waiting for at least 15 mins. Then when I get to pick-up window my order isn't ready (of course two cokes). So they scrambled around and mgr showed up which brought more drama to situation. Finally they hand me the cokes and the outside of one drink was so greasy I almost lost it. I do not know where grease came from and decided I didn't want to know either. Like I said that was last week and I wasn't gonna mention it but tonight I went to our other McDonalds's ordered 2 cokes, 2 cheese burgers and large fries and when I rec'd order my mind was made up to complain. Once again, I was handed a GREASY cup. After waiting 15 mins for my order and it still wasn't ready when I arrived at pick up window. I ordered large fries but of course only half of the cardboard container had French fries in it and OMG, the fries were cold, soggy and tasted bad. What a surprise - NOT!!! I also hit the jackpot on napkins at a grand total of ELEVEN. I'm assuming they were making up for not handing me any napkins the last trip I made to McDonald's. I won't support them any more. read more
