I work/travel all over the eastern half of the state and this is the WORST location by far. Unfortunately I live about a mile away and options here are sparse. The labor pool is incredibly bad in their defense but isn't that a managers job to train and instill in this generation of losers the work ethic and cohesiveness required for a food service operation? Stopped in to eat, and ordered from the cashier, instead of using the touch screen. (Big mistake, cost me $3.29!) before ordering I showed the cashier my code for a breakfast sandwich for $2. Proceeded to order and swiped my card. Noticed the over charge, of $5.29. Cashier tells manager that she forgot to enter my code. Manager tells me there's nothing she can do and that I can re use the code. She wouldn't even give me a coffee on the house for their mistake! No wonder robots are replacing people! read more

I tried to order a hot fudge sundae and they said their ice cream machine was not working. I later found out that they are having issues with the company that makes the ice cream machine so they choose not to use it. Why not just tell the truth or just take ice cream off your menu. Only needed to use the drive-thru traveling through from Maryland to Indiana but still pleased with my quick experience. Very long line that was quickly knocked down. I was very impressed with the efficiency of both lanes and the quality of lunch. COVID protocol was very much adhered to. All staff I came in contact with had masks on and gloved up. Plenty of distance was given. Thank you very much for being conscious and COVID cautious. Normally, I like to stop at the Wendys just next door and the Wendys line was ridiculously long and I needed to get back on the road quickly. This location did a great job of that. This restaurant was filthy! The women's room was flooded and had feces all over the floor. When I went to the desk to inform the manager he told me to wait one moment while he listened to his coworker's weekend part story. He then gave me attitude saying they already knew of the issue and the bathroom would be out for a while. I told him he should have had a sign on the door, he asked if there was anything else he could help me with and when I said no, we were leaving he stormed away. Disgusting restaurant and customer service. We drove down the road for Wendy's because I won't be eating from a restaurant that knowingly leaves feces on their floor. read more

Not very friendly service horrible terrible staff food wasn't good not enough money spend on

i have never in my life had such an awful experience with customer service before. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have grown up near this McDonald's almost my whole life and have never had this happen before. The last three times I have been there have been absolutely horrible. the first time when we went through the drive through and they told us to pull into one of the spots because our nuggets weren't done yet. Not a problem. The problem was we sat there for an hour and they never brought out our food. We walked in and asked about it and it was just sitting on the table. our food was now cold. So they gave us a credit for our order for our next trip there. Well we don't eat there everyday and they never gave us a time frame to use it. We still went within 30 days but they said it was over a month ago that we were given that. Which is a big lie. But this last time absolutely topped the cake. I have been using curbside pickup a couple times now at different locations and once here before. No problems at all. This time was a different story. I was sitting in the car with my husband after having a pretty rough day then I start hearing someone yelling. I look out my car and see that a worker is standing at the door yelling at me in my car. She was yelling that we have to come inside. Which I was confused about because I have never had this issue before and they normally just bring it to my car. Well I just got out of my car and walked inside. once I got inside the food was not ready so we had to stand there and wait. While waiting three of the women workers were talking. One was talking about how she has definitely got her steps in for today and she is done walking for the day. The other stating she is not Coming into work the next day because she doesn't want to. not to shame anyone but both women were a bit heavier so it made me Feel like they didn't want to do the walking to my car to hand me my food. I don't mind walking in it was the laziness that got to me at that point. I have worked in customer service for most of my life so just to not want to do your job because you don't want to got to me a bit. That wasn't the worst part though. Since all of this has happened since standing there I didn't have the happiest look on my face but I didn't say anything to any of the workers. as I was walking out with my food and my husband I hear two of the ladies talking. One saying "was that her" then laughing and the other one saying, "did you see the look on her face" then both of them laughing. luckily my husband didn't hear them and I didn't say anything about it until we got to the car and was on the road. I am not the one for conflict. although the way they treated a customer that gave them no problems made me sick to my stomach. if you work for the public you do not make fun of your customers. you have no idea what day they have had just like I do not know what kind of day you have had. This was the last straw for This McDonald'. I really hope no one ese has experienced such disrespect for no reason from these workers as they should not be working in customer service. read more

Clean. Eggs were slimy greasy and gross. Has brown tastes like the typical McDonald's grease sponge. Sausage ok and biscuit and pancakes were great. Just can't beat McDonald's pancakes. Credit card machine was down which causes a minor issue for ol expense report but I'll manage read more

Ever been in a fast food place where there appears to be plenty of staff on duty, but most are standing around waiting on someone else, and it takes forever for them to fill even the simplest of orders? And you stand there and wonder why in the heck everything is so slow and inefficient, because you've been to other restaurants in this same chain, and experienced extraordinary speed and efficiency? Newly remodeled interior which provides some different seating options like booths, tables and a hightop bar with a large TV at the end. The table tops are clean but the floor has some scattered trash throughout. Quick and kind staff that got our orders out on time. Bathrooms were very clean, but they only have hand dryers. Restaurant and bathroom was very clean. Treg waited on us. My hubby wanted a decaf iced coffee and they were out. Treg said no problem as he hurried to put a fresh pot on. Treg was polite, courteous and friendly. read more

I have never been inside this location but I am through the drive thru at least once a week for coffee or what have you. I now judge all McDonalds on this locations service. I have never (knock on wood) had a messed up order, the staff is always quick and kind. Penny is a Jewell and she should get a raise. Her customer service in the morning is top knot. read more
