I have never been to a more incompetent business, if a business is even what you want to call it. The automated machine that takes your order messes it up every single time. I am asked to pull up to wait every single time I order ANYTHING in the drive thru, even just a drink. They mess up even the simplest requests. They give you the smallest amount of French fries and they're usually uncooked or over cooked or just plain disgusting and taste old. When you ask them not to put something on your sandwich they add extra or forget to add something that is supposed to be on it. I wouldn't take my dog to eat there. TERRIBLE excuse for a McDonald's. We ordered a chicken sandwich with extra Mayo and add cheese. Here's how it came: NO cheese, no extra Mayo, and a whole STACK of tomatoes like they didn't even bother putting this sandwich together. Not to mention we also ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle no onion, and it came with BOTH pickles and onions on it. Like, can they do anything right?? Review is for the drive-thru. Stopped by to grab a quick breakfast on a long trip east to Pittsburgh on I-70. It was a Saturday morning and the familiar golden arches summoned us off the interstate for a cheap breakfast of the sausage burritos, sausage McMuffins, and hash browns. As we pulled into the lot, the place was packed! I figured we were in for a long wait, but to my pleasant surprise, the line moved fast! Both employees at each window were friendly and our food was ready to go with no wait. Best part, our order was correct! Yay! Added bonus for the care of the restaurant. As we were in line I observed an employee running a powerwasher giving the place a routine cleaning. Next time I'm east on I-70, I won't hesitate to stop here again. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This McDonald's is close to my home and I've given it many chances to prove that their problems could be chalked up to a bad day. I don't leave one star reviews, on our trip from Nj to Indiana we wanted to stop to stretch our legs and grab a quick bite to eat and get back on the road. This establishment had the RUDEST staff I've ever encountered. We tried to politely ask where our food was after waiting 15 min. Said excuse me a few times got looked at and then had eye rolls and no one came to the front to see what we needed. After sitting back down and waiting another 10 min the lady comes out with our order (we had ordered on the touch screen to table) she just half heartily tossed it down and started to walk away. I said thank you twice and got no response so I yelled THANK YOU to the lady she turned around and said "yeah your welcome sweet heart" very sarcastically. Our food was cold, we were missing drinks and when we told them we were missing drinks we were told to get them ourselves (which we couldn't because they were smoothies, and a bottled water not soft drinks. We had to explain that to them before we go our beverages. In short, I don't expect much from a fast food place but I do expect customer service to be up to par and not have rude staff with bad attitudes. read more

they have the worst people working for them. they are all very rude and the managers are the worst. i think one of their names is tanya. i was told just to go in and give the name of heidi and i was to get 2 meals for the way i was treated during a previous visit. when i mentioned the name i was told by tanya that she could not do it without heidi's approval. then another employee would not give her name was also extremely rude to me also telling tanya that i did the same thing during last visit when i was treated very rudely then also. i had ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter and they neglected to inform me and other customers they were out of apple slices for the happy meals but they were not giving anything to replace them. this place has to be the worst mcdonalds in america. if i could give negative stars they would get a bunch. they even blocked the phone number so i could not call and leave a message. that is all for now but i will be back with more. unfortunately i had to give a star or this review would not be submitted. read more

This is the only McDonalds in our area with a play place. The service was great but the restaurant it's self was filthy. The drinks counter, the dining area, and the bathrooms were all very dirty. They appeared to not have been cleaned for several days. The food was ok. I really hope this place can get its act together. My kids enjoy coming to the play area. read more

Not good at all. Ordered two quarter pounder with cheese sandwiches and a double cheeseburger. Get our food thru the drive thru and they forgot the double cheeseburger! Had to go inside to get it and the worker shouted back to someone in the back to get it, only to be told to "just relax, it's coming!" like it wasn't a priority at all. They make the perfect RARE Quarter pounder....it you like RAW hamburger. They also make the perfect RARE Egg McMuffin....if you like SLIMY uncooked egg whites. I've complained and complained to management at this McDonalds and was assured they would fix these problems. Never happened....never going to happen. It seems they just don't care. They also make the SALTIEST McDouble around. No real Burger taste.....just SALT. Nearly inedible......I just don't think the management at this restaurant cares !!!! read more

This is one of the nicest McDonalds in the area! They are a little slow which is why they did not get 5 stars. The dining room is nice, and clean. The children's play place is nice and has a lot of seating. The bathrooms are average as well. If you are going to choose a McDonald's in the Zanesville area then choose this one. read more

I bought a Big Mac meal with no onions. When I got it home, the box had the sticker on it saying no onions. when I opened the box, the sandwich had so many onions they were falling off the buns. When we walked in this guy walked out and had us do labor. He had us walk out and check the light. That was the best part, doing labor. Then we went to the bathroom as a family. This McDonald's is close and convenient to Interstate 70 on the west side of zanesville. It also has a kids play place. The food is low quality, even for mcdonalds. They have messed up several orders of mine and I try to avoid this place as much as possible. read more
