I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

He checked out my vehicle. Found the issue but my warranty company would not cover it. He called me and explained what the problem was. Again very professional. I picked up my vehicle and upon his suggestion I'll take it to a place that specializes in the vehicles issue. He did not charge me at all. I will go back and send people there. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. I called them and they told me to bring it in, to see if they had missed something or something was left undone. my husband was at the Taco Bell and we asked for a tow truck, they said okay, but if it was their fault we wouldn't have to pay for it but, if it was something else other than what they were fixing, we'd have to pay the towing. the owing fee was $150... from Taco Bell, to the shop. it wasn't even that far. my husband ended up asking help to push the car. we get a call the next day, that the car is ready. we come in, they said "alright, take it". didn't get charged or get any explanation. second incident, my husband brings in his 2015 Chevy Silverado. it needs breaks changed on all 4. tell me why it's $2,000 ?? what do we do, we bring all the parts. the brakes and brake pads and router, and caliber. just for the labor it was $700? which is crazy, cause my husband kept going back and forth with them. they kept telling him they weren't the right breaks, or pads, and my husband comes to talk to the machanic and he's like "oh sorry, we haven't even opened the boxes or looked at them" NEVERMIND, $680 to change one set of breaks, router and caliber. FUCKING CRAZY. I'm sorry but, they need better communication skills, and they take sooo long to get things done.
