My jeeps steering wheel was off track and my vehicle wobbled horribly on my way to work. I took photos and sent it to Tire South. Within a couple hours they let me know the issue. They submitted my claim for me but I was denied. They worked with me on entire new front axle and alignment and steering stabilizer. They also gave me a disabled veteran discount. My experience with Tire South wasn't has always been of that with great professionalism, timely service, and quality repair.

Cost almost 1000$ for rear breaks and and alignment and brake fluid. Appointment time was 11 am i dropped car of at 10:45.. I didn't get my car back until 6pm as the doors were closing for the day. I asked if my car was ready and someone text me and said yes I got to the shop at 5:15 my car was still on the rack in the air.. I waited 45 minutes.. I didn't think it would take 7 hours for rear brakes... too busy trying to up sale me instead of making repairs in a timely manner read more

My dashboard is not reset correctly. Received a quote for things that my car needs and the pricing is way too high compared to current market pricing by certified mechanics who reviewed your quote you provided. Your staff changes often and depending on who's there depends on the price you will get. Over $4500 dollars seems to be your standard quote. Beware and get a second opinion before you get trapped in. read more

I had insurance on the tires I purchased from Tire South on Tara blvd in Jonesboro. I had a tire blow out and they honored the insurance claim. The problem was waiting 5 & 1/2 hours for a single tire replacement. I probably won't do tires with them again. read more

I came to location for an oil change. I have been a customer since shop was Larry's New and Used tires. I had recieved offers/flyers of other services and still decided to return as they are always timely and efficient with what was needed in an oil change. I stopped by because I had a nail in my tire on the way to work. I was the first person at 8am. Instead of the employees fixing the nail in my tire like I asked Someone was taking the tires of my car and taking pictures. They proceeded to send me a $2,000 estimate about other issues such as shocks and alignment and four new tires. When I declined the service and asked for someone to just plug my tire so I can be on my way the worker was irritated that I stopped him . When I declined he proceeded to push a credit card on me. I once again declined. I didn't leave the shop until 9:30am for something that took 15 minutes to fix. For the hour and a half observation I only saw them push this hard to me a woman, for the men they just gave them their diagnostic paperwork suggested that they get the services and let them be on their way. I have been to this tire shop numerous of times but the last 3x the service has become very pushy on credit cards and things I didn't ask for. I do not think I will be back at this time I looking at other place. read more

The service and quality of work is superb. But and a big BUT. If you're thinking about financing anything there, think TWICE. They use American First Finance as the finance company. I've used them once before and everything was fine. This time I used them because I needed new tires and I purchased a lift kit as well. I've only had everything for about three months. I received an invoice from AFF yesterday advising me that I now owe them MORE THAN DOUBLE what I initially signed a contract for. I call them and the lady tells me that all of the discounts that were given were only valid for 101 days and now I have to pay for all the discounts. I call Tire South and the young lady advises that the PERSON THAT SOLD ME THE TIRES, SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT. Well guess what lady, HE DIDN'T. Now I'm stuck fighting these people because of deception. Did he want the sale that bad that he forgot or neglected to tell me that if this account is not paid within 101 days, that I would be paying double. Hmmm...Better Business Bureau here I come. Jeepers beware!!! And yes, I will share this information on every Social Media outlet I can. Shame on you Tire South for allowing this company to treat your customers this way.
