We took a look at their website to come up with some ideas and they took it from there coming up with our menus for the duration of the caterings. The turnaround time was quick as we needed catered meals for 6 days in a row. The food was always on time and kept hot even in the cold temperatures in Iowa at that time. The cost was more than reasonable and the caterers were friendly and cheerful. They were courteous when we called with questions, made suggestions if we were unsure about something, were very reasonable for per plate costs and the day of the wedding they went above and beyond with customer service. We had repeated comments from our guests that it was hands down some of "THE best food" at a wedding they had ever had. Craig delivered this great meal exactly when he said he would and brought the hot items in neat hot holding containers. Craig was able to deliver the meal for 20 meal on one day's notice. He was really nice and great to work with. The family really appreciated his attention to detail and the high quality of his food.
