They have a great name out there and do a good job so be understanding, that they might not always be available to Pick up the phone on long weekends and holidays. (If they were working on your car you would want them focusing on it) So if you don't get an answer try try again or simply drop in if you can. They can be a bit of a pain to find at first as they don't have the best signage out front. The lot there is often full so understand the parking situation might be a bit of a pain. There is a breakfast place right across the street that is great for lunch if you want to grab a bite while you wait. I've had great luck here I say stop in get an estimate at the very least and if it suits you take the plunge. All in all a great place with great people.

After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. UPDATE: they charged me over $400 for two headlight bulbs, kept me waiting for over 2 hours, and generally treated me with the utmost disrespect and lack of care AND GET THIS, THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE OF THE LIGHTBULBS. I got completely robbed and I am surprised this is even legal. shame on you guys.
