Very nice and honest. Had been established at this location for over 25 years. Fixed my weedwacker on time and for a very fair price.

I have used Wolverine Power Systems for eight years I now I believe and at all of my Michigan…read morehomes. I am editing this previous review and changing the 1 star to 3 stars. The manager called me, was up front and honest. We discussed the customer service issues and they made things right with appropriate credits and what sounds like changes in their processes to avoid poor customer service to loyal Wolverine Power Systems customers. Therefore I will continue to do business with them and update this review by removing the long detail and leave it at, I had an issue and they addressed it.

When I was looking for a company to service my Kohler generator, I called Wolverine and they told…read moreme they mainly service Generac but could definitely service a Kohler unit. The price seemed reasonable, so I went with them. I've had it service a total of three times and everything seemed fine until last fall when they serviced it. The unit ran okay until we had a power outage in March and it had to run for several hours straight. After that, it completely died and wouldn't start back up. I assumed it was a warranty issue, so I called Kohler. They told me that Wolverine isn't authorized to do Kohler warranty work, so I had to find someone who was. I called Mall City Mechanical, and their guy came out the same day. He found that the oil had been heavily overfilled and a cap was completely left off. Because of that, oil ended up spraying everywhere and choked out the system. He had to drain the extra oil and clean everything up just to get it running again, which cost me $295. I've called Wolverine four times now to get this resolved and ask for a reimbursement for their mistake. Every single time I just get sent to voicemail, and nobody will call me back. If you're looking to have your Kohler generator serviced, call Mall City Mechanical.
