What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. Austin was a true professional, kept me informed, cleaned up his work site & took the old heater away. They use American made commercial water heaters with a strong warranty. I thought the pricing very fair for the quality. Even better- Austin gave me the contact of the water remediation team they use- they trust this team. All were very courteous and they were able to identify the location of the leak and were able to note that it was an irrigation problem. They don't do that work but passed along a recommendation. Soon after Tim left I needed to turn off the water to the house so it wouldn't keep flooding our yard. As a novice, I tried to get the water main off and had no success. I called back and Chris walked me through it step by step. Thank goodness for his patience. This company didn't make any money off of me today because the leak was out of their domain. Their customer service and professionalism speaks volumes. Moving forward, I know who our Arlington plumber is going to be! I suggest you do the same and call Chris the plumber.
