This year (2023) we incurred a hot water slab leak which flooded my yard. once again, Tim, Chris and crew came out, had a leak detection company come out, bypassed the leak without having to jackhammer my floor and restored our hot water! At this time he said I needed to repipe the hot and cold under the house for $3665. They repiped but still charge for repairing the line they said they repaired 2 days prior. I questioned how they repaired a line that 2 days later they said needed to be replaced. I was told Tim would call and talk to me which he never did. I feel like I was mislead and taken advantage of. Did they repair a line that should have been replaced in the beginning or was it ever repaired and they just received $551 for nothing or did they actually replace all the lines. Either way a job done correctly should not have to be redone 2 days later. Very disappointed I expected better.
