Why was this not clarified from the beginning? When I tried to follow up, I got bounced around. Tammy passed me off to Wendy, who seemed clearly frustrated--audibly sighing and irritated on the call--as if I was being difficult for just trying to understand what's going on with my car. I've never dealt with a collision repair before, and I've been patient and polite despite being rerouted and ignored by multiple people. For Wendy to be rude and short with me when I was just asking for help is completely unprofessional. Honestly, this entire process has been a mess--unclear, unhelpful, and unpleasant. If you're already dealing with the stress of an accident, I'd strongly suggest finding a location that treats you like a human being, not an inconvenience.
