    Plenty of wheelbarrows

McGrath pumpkin patch off the Victoria exit from the 101 was a cute little pumpkin patch! Plenty of easy parking. There was a hay maze, perfect for the under 10 set. A "hay" ride for $2, entering is $2, maze is $2 and pumpkins are reasonably priced! If you just want a cute little place to choose a pumpkin and little activities this is your place! Family friendly. We will be back next year!

This place is amazing! $1 admission, $2 attractions, and GIANT home grown pumpkins for so cheap!! Regular sized pumpkins that are normally $20 at LA pumpkin patches are only $8 here. I only paid $15 per pumpkin for 25-35 pound pumpkins. The location is perfect, the farm owners are so kind and helpful. It's also only 10 minutes away from the beach so it's a perfect location for a family fun day. Second year in a row visiting and will be back next season!

We came here as part of a Girl Scout troop meetup. There is plenty of parking on the weekdays. Just be prepared to drive over a small curb when exiting the dirt parking lot. The employees are very friendly and they even take credit cards. There are plenty of different types and sizes of pumpkins. The tractor ride and hay maze are cheap ($1 per person) and good way to have fun for kids. Glad to see they do this every year.

Cool place to get pumpkins for the holidays. Theres an entrance fee of $2 a person to get in but its worth every penny. You can grab a wheel barrel, walk around the huge plot of pumpkins organized by type and they have photo opportunities set up for kids and a petting zoo. I always find the best biggest pumpkins here at a great cost.

I went to another pumpkin patch/farm with my family and it was $30 (each) to get in then you had to pay extra for everything once you were inside, but my 1 year old loved seeing the pumpkins so much I decided to take her to McGrath (it's by our house) so she could see the pumpkins again. It was seriously so much better than the previous experience we had at the other place. The staff was friendly and the pumpkins weren't outrageously priced oh and it was only $1 to get in!! We have been back several times now and with different people. I 100% recommend coming here and bringing your friends and family.

This is our family's go to for pumpkins. With every where else charging big bucks just to enter McGrath keeps it simple $1 entry. The selections are enough to satisfy everyone and the quality has always been great. There are plenty of spots for that family photo session and small little attractions to have a laugh like the hay ride and hay maze.

    Pumpkin patch shenanigans

An amazing time with my family again. This place is our yearly tradition for getting our pumpkins and the kids absolutely loved the maze and picking out their pumpkins. Definitely take the family and enjoy.

We had a great time visiting this patch in Oxnard. The patch is right off the side of the road so you will need to jump the curb to park outside the patch. There was a haystack maze, short tractor ride, and a few pigs and goats to check out too while you are there. There are also a bunch of pumpkin sizes to choose from to take home!

Another wonderful adventure at the pumpkin patch , making memories with my family... We even had the pleasure of seeing our lady "Elizabeth" that always helps us out. It has become a Family Tradition seeing her as well. Highly recommend this place.

But hey, the kids like doing it...right? If you ask me I would just prefer to buy the orange round thing at a supermarket but everyone wanted to go to a pumpkin patch. This spot is the same spot that has Christmas trees later in the year...right across the street from Coco's restaurant. There are lots of pumpkins on the ground in neat little rows, places to sit and take pictures, games for the kids and for some odd reason an old convertible Mustang. Not too sure what a classic Mustang has to do with pumpkins and Halloween but who am I to ask? For a seasonal place that is open only a month or two it is pretty nicely done and fun for the kids. The pumpkins range in price from 2 bucks for a little small one to 25 bucks for the big ones. 25 bucks seems a little on the high side but the place has to make a couple bucks to set up and keep things running. A solid 3.5 stars...which rounds up to 4. :0)

The biggest issue wasn't the farm itself, it was the customer service. The lady working at the strawberry stand was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like we were inconveniencing her by simply walking up to the stand. There was nobody else there. I said hello, and she turned around, looked at us with an annoyed expression, didn't say a single word, then turned back around and continued putting tomatoes into a basket for about a minute while we stood there waiting, confused about whether we were even going to be helped. A simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" would have taken two seconds. Instead, she completely ignored us and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. I finally asked if there was a problem because I didn't appreciate the attitude we were receiving. She immediately changed her tone and said she was "very focused and busy." That's not an excuse for treating paying customers with disrespect, especially when there wasn't anyone else waiting. First impressions matter, and this one ruined the entire experience. We made the drive hoping to create a fun memory with our son, but instead left disappointed because of how we were treated. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on our experience. If you work with the public, basic courtesy and acknowledging your customers should be the bare minimum.

She really wanted to decorate a Christmas tree with us before she left, so my husband found Big Wave Dave online and explained our situation. Dave went above and beyond for us. Dave and his son even carried it upstairs, unwrapped it, and fluffed it for us. He was a true modern-day Santa Claus, coming through for our daughter when it meant the most.
