A simple "Hi, I'll be right with you" would have taken two seconds. Instead, she completely ignored us and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. I finally asked if there was a problem because I didn't appreciate the attitude we were receiving. She immediately changed her tone and said she was "very focused and busy." That's not an excuse for treating paying customers with disrespect, especially when there wasn't anyone else waiting. First impressions matter, and this one ruined the entire experience. We made the drive hoping to create a fun memory with our son, but instead left disappointed because of how we were treated. We won't be returning, and I can't recommend this place based on our experience. If you work with the public, basic courtesy and acknowledging your customers should be the bare minimum.

I'm writing this review out of deep concern and outrage. I wish I had read the prior reviews before…read morevisiting, because what I witnessed was both inhumane and unacceptable. The conditions of the animals appear to violate even basic standards of care and welfare. A turkey confined to a cage far too small to move freely. A llama restricted to what can only be described as a cramped 10x10 enclosure. Ponies visibly overworked in the intense valley heat, forced to give ride after ride. These are not minor oversights, they reflect a serious lack of judgment and responsibility on the part of ownership and management. I love small businesses and truly believe in keeping community traditions alive but what I saw today was honestly disturbing To the owners: this is not a matter of "customer dissatisfaction." This is a matter of animal welfare and public ethics. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately. Formal complaints are being made to animal welfare channels and media outlets. An absolute disgrace.
