At McGreevy neurohealth you'll be pleased with the level of care you receive from the moment you walk into their office. We 10 out of 10 recommend!! I say we because as soon as I saw how awesome they were to my mom, I switched my step dad and myself to their clinic!! Megan is the absolute sweetest and most knowledgeable front desk receptionist we have ever encountered. Dr McGreevy is a great Dr. and a really cool human. He listens-there's no talking over us or talking down to us. When our appointment doesn't require Dr. M attention we see Ryan. He is Dr M.s nurse practitioner. I don't have enough wonderful words to describe Ryan, but I'll try! Ryan has the coolest personality-I know that's not necessary for a dr office but it definitely doesn't hurt!! My mom and stepdad are in their 80's. They usually have anxiety before their Dr appointments, but not at McGreevy neurohealth. Ryan puts them at ease and it's so amazing to see (and feel). Ryan is a rockstar as far as we are concerned!! Jody is such a kind person. She makes sure we get to all the other Dr's we need to see and if there's ever an issue that needs special attention, Ami is the office manager. She's on top of everything, all the time. She has done such a great job building a team that works together beautifully and they all go out of their way to make their patients feel the love and respect!. Do your wallet a favor and run from this practice. I only met with Dr. Mcgreevy 1time and he never once looked at my legs or feet. He immediately started ordering several tests. I have nerve damage and circulation issues. After having my Saphenous ablation done it still didn't relieve my neuropathy in my feet and ankles. Dr. Mcgreevy refuses to meet with me again and only passes me along to the NP who is way in over his head and knows absolutely nothing about neuropathy. Overall this practice is a bait and switch. The worst Doctor I ever felt with. Couldn't make eye contact. Didn't listen. Sent the Nurse in to tell me my visit is over. He couldn't tell me anything. Even with my MRI. They even wanted a urine sample even he said he had to review my Medical Records from out of State before giving me something for pain. They were checking my Insurance to see what it would cover for a Test. Never heard from them. Not even a call to say if it was approved or not. He never called me back or had me come back after reviewing my Medical records. read more

Waited an hour and a half while I watched the office staff go home and close up shop. Had to call to find out if anyone still there, appears forgot I was there. Asked for refund of co=pay, the person left did not know how to do that. Billed me for appt. where I was not seen. When I called for explanation of charges on my statement FROM THEIR OFFICE, was told that what she sees is not the same as the statement sent to me (huh?). Could not explain charges so said she would email me and then rudely said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. During Telehealth appt, the person was talking to office staff about urine samples for another patient, clearly not focused on me - but guess what, I get to pay the same! I have had excellent results with Dr. McGreevy and am able to have a much more "normal" life now than prior to seeing him. I have had multiple sports injuries as well as "severe spinal stenosis" with pain in low back, hips, quads, hamstrings and IT bands. Injections and pain medications have been very helpful. The MILD (minimally invasive lumbar decompression) procedure has provided long lasting tremendous pain reduction. I would recommend Dr. McGreevy to anyone seeking long term pain management and pain reduction. read more

ok start off talk about myself and trust me I'm very hard to please. but the doctor does spend lot time with you, and he does try to understand the pain you're in and yes, he has helped me out a lot and trust me I've been to lot a doctor and fired a lot. Don't go to this doctor. You'll be just another sucker. There are other choices. Try Mayo Clinic, their Primary Care Physicians can take care of most of your needs without sending you to a pain doctor. I won't go into my experience, but every bad review is true ( and more)! CS read more

Referral sent to McGreevy Neuro Health on March 5th by my PCM. I have called 6 times to schedule an appointment. Nobody returns voicemails, if you are lucky to get ahold of somebody, they have an attitude, and never follow through. Horrible office staff which reflects patient care - written by a PhD. read more

I wouldn't wish this doctor on anyone. After 45 minutes, this doctor spent a total of 15 minutes in the room with me, 10 of which he spent typing on a laptop with his back to me. He left abruptly without saying why, but I found out it was because he was seeing other patients AT THE SAME TIME. His ability to communicate is terrible, he provided no suggestions or plans for improving my health, and wasted my time. Why do we let doctors treat us as less than human??? read more

Possibly the worst front office staff I've ever encountered. I visited McGreevy's office when it first opened several years ago. The doc himself seemed only adaquate, but his manner was flat, distant and uninvolved. I phoned for an appointment early last week primarily because his office is close to my home. The first thing I was told is that I'd need a referral because it had been too long since my last appointment. So I interacted with the office of my primary care physician...whom I HIGHLY recommend ( Dr. Carlos Torres-Rivera). They PROMPTLY faxed a referral to McGreevy's office. I called each of the following two days hoping to get a prompt appointment but was told each time that they had NOT received a referral. On the third day they 'magically' found the referral but...you might need to sit down here...they couldn't give me an appointment until they verified that I had insurance!!! Of course they had that information from my earlier visit of several years ago, but that was not good enough...they had to re-verify my coverage. I have never had any doctor's office present such a requirement...and so many obstacles! They assured me that they would phone me once that was done, and they could then make an appointment for some future date. That was 8 days ago. Never heard from them. So much for a convenient location. Of course, as any normal person would, I gave up on them. I STRONGLY suggest you do the same. read more

Very nice facility, very courteous staff, state of the art testing equipment. Easy to get to location if you are in St Augustine area. DR Mc Greevy is very professional and knows his trade. I would definitely recommend his office if you are looking for a doctor is going to be more proactive, rather than just writing a prescription for pain meds. However, as with all doctors office your time is of no important to them. Your appointment time can be 10:45, and you may not get behind closed doors until after 1 hour later only to wait again. It would be nice if they are running late if they would give you the option to reschedule, so that your day and schedule is not totally screwed up. Be mindful that they charge $100.no show fee, so either way they are getting paid. read more
