I had several babs and boxes to donate from clothes to entertainment stuff. Started unloading and saw that someone else was pulling up. So, I started to help get the items out of my car faster. The employee was alone and sorting items right there. After a minute or so, a female worker came out and told me that I couldn't put things on the ground. Her comment was directed at me and not her coworker. Her coworker never mentioned this before she walked up. There's no sign that states to not put items on the ground anywhere that I could see. This was not very customer friendly. I wouldn't have donated here, but my usual charity preference was full of donations to not accepting any.

I won't be coming back. I used to drive all the way from Stockton just to shop at this store…read morebecause I really enjoyed it. This time, I came in looking for a baby walker. There were two walkers sitting on the front counter with price tags on them, so naturally I asked to purchase one. I was told they weren't for sale because they belonged to the owners and were for their kids. If they're not for sale, why are they displayed at the front of the store with price tags where customers would assume they're available? On top of that, the store was very cluttered and disorganized. It also seems like much of the clothing is now just SHEIN merchandise, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, it's no longer worth the drive for me.
