The clasp on my bracelet needed replacing it was missing on one side he claimed that if he tightened the opposite side it would be fine and when he brought the bracelet back out to me it was exactly the same as when I gave it to him when I expressed this to him he was extremely rude and told me I had too much attitude. The ring needed a stine put back in which I had and I was quoted a crazy price to fix a prong. Turned to a major ordeal and an absolute nightmare I do not recommend this place.
