My dad is deaf in one ear and didn't wear his hearing aid because he thought he would have to take it out for the procedure. Don't bother! I received several mailers from this dentist promoting free whitening and evening and…read moreweekend appointments available. I decided to give them a try. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed they no longer offered evening or weekend appointments at either of the offices listed on the mailer. I had received a brand new mailer the day before I called. When I went in for my appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes before I was taken back. I hate offices that don't respect my time. I was on time and even had my new patient forms printed out from their website and already filled out. When the hygienist took me back for x-rays, she asked me to remove the plastic bite cover from their machine afterwards. Really? I work in patient care and I would never ask a patient to do anything like that. When she did my teeth cleaning she was spraying that stuff all over my face. When I asked about the free whitening I was informed that I would have to come back another day for the tray fitting. They certainly didn't tell me that when I mentioned it when making my initial appointment. I'm only allowing 2 stars because the dentist was nice for the 5 minutes he spent with me.
