He was on our roof in the rain in the very very cold night and got everything done quickly, efficiently, professionally, and honestly at about a third of what I thought it would cost me. Whenever I am at my relatives house in the Placerville area, I will never ever use a different plumber ever again. We started talking about upgrades. Turns out they do small home repair services as well. Honestly, it's like a throwback to the 90s with the quality and price. That promise turned out to be completely meaningless. Trusting his "expertise," I went as far as removing a section of my concrete sidewalk based on the location he marked. After doing all that work and expense, there was no leak where he said it would be. When I contacted Neil, he said he'd come back two days later to reassess. I even explained I had a rented jackhammer and needed timely follow-up. He never showed up. No call, no text, no explanation--just completely disappeared. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unreliable, careless, and a total waste of time and money. If you're looking for someone dependable who stands behind their work, this is not the company. Save yourself the frustration--do not hire Top Dog Leak Detection.
