I also attempted to call two different phone numbers associated with the business and was unable to reach anyone; one line routed to an automated assistant without a direct response. Customers deserve clear pricing, consistent business identification, and the opportunity to approve costs before work begins. I would strongly recommend getting a detailed written total upfront before agreeing to service.

It took probably less than 15 minutes to repair the handle. All he did was attach the handle, not a new one, no other work done and it cost $280 and he would not take a check or credit card. Fortunately, I had that amount of cash in the house; usually I don't. He texted me a receipt but the company name is not on the receipt. NEVER again would I use this company and I agree with other customers. They are scammers, crooks. They were listed among the top 10 locksmiths in Louisville. They need to be taken off that list.

He showed up a day late and when he finally arrived, 4 hours late again, he was aggressive ,accusing us of having another locksmith come over and they must have screwed it up. after we assured him we don't have a black book of locksmiths, he then accused of us somehow tampering with it. Then, right before I kicked him out of my office, he berated us again...it's a stinking $100 lock, at the end of the day not a big deal, but to be scolded and yelled at, is.
