He replied is a quick manner and squeezed me in the next day. He came and looked at the opener the next day communicating all the way to arrival. My opener was old and the part needed was no longer manufactured thus I was kind of stuck. Jon worked up a quote estimate for replacement plus I only had one garage door opener so he made up a better quote to replace 1 and add another. He was very personal and professional and down to earth. He even gave me some ideas on stuff I could get online for less. Once I got the quote and we were over the flu I contacted Jon and told him I wish to move forward. He fit me in within 3 days of contact. I made sure the car bays were accessible for him to work. He arrived at 9:15AM I had some other stuff to do but Jon took charge and went ahead and installed both openers; had all remotes marked and programmed and a new outside touchpad programmed for both doors. He went over warranty, maintenance and care. When I went out to see how he was doing he had everything done and just went over everything. The openers were Chamberlain belt drive and were quiet and smooth. All the wiring was neatly done and routed nicely.
