So far we've stayed in the Peacock, Teal, Latte and French Country rooms. Once, we came with my parents , and we shared the Lyon House across the street. Each time, we have loved our visit. The hospitality is fantastic-I always feel like I'm staying with a great aunt that loves to take care of her family. Really, it's that good. We have done the Dine and Unwind package, which includes a delicious dinner and a couples' massage. Best experience ever! If you're looking for a special getaway, be sure to consider this. One of the best decisions I've made in a long time. It's set in an old church that's been renovated to have five rooms in the lower level, and we stayed in the King room. The first thing they said when we walked in was feel free to explore and make yourselves at home which we totally did. Vicki and her husband Craig were great and they took care of us even making us a nice breakfast in the morning before we headed out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A phone system that has a promo code that has not been set up for quite some time , along with a plan to make this a free service to the disabled . During the normal season they have Ski school for the kids and lessons for adults. They have great rentals package pricing and will always give you a quick fix if things are set just right. The food is more about feeding the masses but no complaints after a morning of thigh burning steep slope action. There is a little bar in the basement or at least there used to be if it's still there. Plenty of advance action for skiers and some lower green action for the rookies. We came up here for a summer evening hike. It was so awesome. No one for miles and just a few bugs. We hiked up to the ridge and sat in the ski lift chair perched at the drop off point. Perfect evening. I say dreamed about owning my own ski hill. Making it vibrant four seasons. Cycling. Music. Food. Views and NO BUGS. LOL.

No real liquor license (No drinks outside of canned beer and low percentage alcohol). No website…read morethat mentions the bar outside of Facebook. Information about the "bar" hours and noise intensity are not accurate on AirBnB listings nor google maps on Android devices and are not mentioned anywhere else. On the AirBnB it says "there will be music playing until 10 PM most summer nights" Not only is it winter, but it is currently almost 1 AM and music is still vibrating the residence. For those staying at the Lava Hillside Suites, beware drunk people may attempt to enter the upper rooms. The doors need to be pushed against the weather stripping for the deadbolt to actually lock which we learned after someone barged into our room unnannounced and without a shred of a sound beside the door opening and shades parting. No managers are on staff to handle emergencies and the owner seemingly cannot be contacted while the bar is operating later in the evening. And the sweet bartender could not do a thing to handle the situation and the situation has yet to be resolved. No edits will be made to this review to ensure accuracy and establishment integrity at the time it was submitted.
