I called to make a new patient appointment and was set for an appointment in about a week. However, after discussing the problem I was coming in for with the front office person, the person suggested I come in the next day. She considered the underlying health risks and the current situation knew it would be more detrimental to wait. Upon arriving to the appointment the next day, the staff were kind and respectful. They were efficient, friendly demeanors and all wearing smiles at 8:15 in the morning. Dr. Rockett himself was very professional and straightforward. He was very informative of what was going on, how the treatment would go, and what precautions I needed to take. I was very happy with the treatment plan and his bedside manner.
