Came in looking to have a ring resized. They say they can do it, but when I show the woman the ring, she says, "is this silver?..." I told her it was, and she smugly replied they don't work on silver. I then ask for a recommendation about where to get it sized, and with disgust she says, "I don't know; go to the mall." This place is professional and so so friendly. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we did our wedding bands here as well. We try to come up here every couple months or so to clean our rings as well as make sure my diamond is set well in place - your wedding ring stays under their warranty if you come in to get it cleaned and checked out at least 3 times a year - meaning, if I lost my diamond, they'd replace it under their warranty as long as I come in at least 3 times. We live fairly close enough that this is reasonable for us. Also, they know my husband and I by name and greet us so warmly whenever we walk in. We love the staff here and will come back if we ever need anything else. ___ We did go back a couple of months after my wedding to get some pearls and diamond settings. They were fast and reasonably priced and I am very happy with what I walked out with. read more

My experience with Todd and Mel at the Diamond Brokers was wonderful. I had less than a week before I was to propose to my current wife, and on the recommendation of a friend I went and checked them out. I told Todd my budget and my time frame, he did a wonderful job taking care of me and found me a beautiful diamond ring for me to propose with. Could not have had better experiences (yes, plural) than I had at the Diamond Broker. Both times I worked with Robert who was able to answer all questions, provided excellent advice, and followed through with phenomenal service. My first purchase was a custom made wedding ring for my soon-to-be-husband. Robert was instrumental in the process of designing the piece (modeled off of a ring that was in their store) and recommending the diamonds that would look the best. I gave him a very short lead time to get the ring done prior to the wedding; he even calmed that fear by telling me we could borrow another ring from the store for the wedding if mine was not completed on time. He delivered an absolutely beautiful ring days ahead of schedule. Could not have been happier with the final product. Fast forward to this year... I decided I wanted to add diamonds to the same ring. Of course I had to take it back to Robert and again he did not disappoint! We went from three diamonds to ten and he removed all of the nicks that had been made over the course of the last year. Very Disappointed With Quality and Craftsmanship victoria p. We had a custom sapphire and diamond ring made here. After two days, one of the diamonds fell out of the setting. They did replace the diamond, but told us it was because we were too hard on the ring. The diamond that they replaced it with was chipped and they hid this in the bezel setting. Overall the build quality was very poor. Customer service was also very poor, all smiles and jovial until we requested service on the ring. To avoid disappointment go to a different gallery. read more
