They now have the flawed ring and over $1500 from us while they hide behind the excuse of "no refunds for custom work" - even if the work results in a ring that isn't fit for purpose and left lacerations on my fiance's finger. Update - the jewelers "reasonable measures" at resolving this were to 'fix' the ring after we'd asked for a refund and then try and bully us into taking it back, which given the pictures they shared (see below) to prove that it was fixed, they didn't even do correctly - not really reasonable for a engagement ring that should last a lifetime and didn't even make it a month. Over a year later and still no resolution - although the owner and his friends do spend plenty of time trying to silence any negative reviews of this business - this review probably won't last long!

They have a lot of stuff cluttered together so it's difficult to actually view everything within their supposed of allotted time limit I was told to prevent shoplifters when there was no one else even in the shop but myself I was wearing spandex shorts and a T-shirt, carrying my phone, money, and keys no place to hide or steal some thing I felt as if I was being accused of stealing or shoplifting within only under five minutes of being in the shop while the whole time the female owner was sitting on a phone not even paying attention I feel if they're going to do a timer maybe they should organize their store to not have as much merchandise clumped together, so people can easily see all the items that they supposedly have. Not only that you can tell some of the crystals have been what seems to be put back together as if it was broken and put together. I have never been in a Crystal shop or a rock shop or a spiritual type of shop where I've had such negativity and rude tone of voice from someone working within a shop and accusations that were false just walking in the door. I highly advise to stay clear of the shop unless you want to be rushed and accused if you're asked why there's a timer for you to be in the shop of shoplifting, also from what I saw many of the crystals in their condition were over priced for the short amount of time that I could see what they had. I recommend going to the other store in downtown Grand Junction called Crescent Moon spiritual goods. When I went to that location I asked if they had a timer for their customers that were there to buy goods and they said no so if you go there, you have time to look for the items and a friendly peaceful environment.
