Speed and Floyds said it was the dealerships fault, when in fact it was their fault, because they put a brand new hood on my car. Instead of accepting responsibility, they tried to push the blame off onto someone else, until I got my insurance company involved, then they fixed it immediately. Anyhow, I needed to get to Colorado but my insurance adjuster couldn't even look at it for two days (it was Saturday). To make a long story short, I drove up to his shop with parts of my car dragging on the ground and asked for help. He got down on the ground, removed the pieces of my car that were on the ground and then proceeded to fix everything else that was loose. He made due without having the right parts. It was amazing to watch him. He fixed the car enough for me to drive it. He was even kind enough not to charge me. I'm still in shock by his kindness and competence.
