The access road is a mess, huge potholes so we had to take a different van as we could get stuck. For three years they said it is being fixed. Nobody is there now at all. I called after trying to catch someone there for three weeks...found out there is a person only between 11 am - 3 pm three times a week. The place is unkept, the hallways are never swept and yet the rent keeps increasing...I called for rate change with an offer of prepayment but they only would lower it by $10 for 12 month prepayment. Well, we are off to elsewhere and saving over $100 a month already.

The experience was exemplary Jason and Jashana we're great I was having a problem paying my past two balance which they were working with me on. They were very thorough!! I was informed of my next balance because the next balance was due as well, after I got off the call and my payment was successful they let me know that they had some of the next balance waived!! I was very ecstatic they really helped me out and listen to me very caring and genuine I recommend any day!!!! EDIT: I called and spoke to Jason today He is always very helpful and was able to assist me with making a payment and waving my late fee as a courtesy due to making a payment one day after the late fee was charged!!!
