Found McLogan Los Angeles a year ago and have been getting all my sign and t shirt making supplies from them every week... So when I was in the SFV, decided to visit their Chatsworth location real quick and was super impressed with the set-up. Everything was well organized and easy to find. They had an amazing selection of Gecko Flex heat transfers (that my wife and I love to use for our custom t shirts) and they also had a great selection of plotter cutters and heat press machines too =D The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I come here exclusively for all my supplies. Everyone who works there is super cool and helpful. You can even place your order online, pay and pick it up at the warehouse. Their prices are very comparable to what you find online, as well. I don't always buy rolls of vinyl. I mostly buy yards. So I'll go in and buy yards of 10 different colors. They cut them and seem happy to do so. I tried out another place which shall remain nameless in north hollywood. Dirty warehouse, rude and uneducated on their products, not accurate when filling orders. I Definitely recommend McLogan! read more

I usually order over the phone at about 4:30 every time. I'm scrambling to figure out what I need and throw a bunch of requests to these guys right at the end of their day and they always come through. They have taught me so much about print and they have made this not only an easy process but a great experience for me to grow in this industry. I rarely review places but I had such a great experience at Mclogan that I felt the need to do so. I've been here several times and everyone is always very helpful. Olivia is the best! She is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She took a lot of time to answer my many questions and never made me feel rushed or that I was buying what I didn't needed. Also, Kevin is awesome. Chatsworth has the best customer service but upper management needs to have more respect for their sales team. Today wasn't such a great experience I walked in and heard upper management yelling aggressively to the sales associates in front of customer including myself. I didn't feel very comfortable there because it wasn't a professional way about getting anything resolved by yelling at your associates. Coming from many years of management experience this isn't professional at all from upper management. If it wasn't for there great knowledgeable sales team I will not consider my business there. I give sales 5 stars and upper management 1 star. read more

Love the store and the staff are great but goddamn is the manager a dumb cunt. She treats her employees like garbage and fights with them constantly. I literally watched her micromanage so fucking hard that she took her best salesmen off the floor to do the job of the stock guy who she had basically just standing the fuck around cas in her words hes too stupid to do his job so shes take the people who make thousands of dollars per day away from doing their jobs to relabel the fucking shelves when instead of having to beg for permission to do his job she just made everyone else do it. I swear that dumb fucks gunna micromanage this store into oblivion. I really hope they fire her and get someone worth a damn in her position. Who hires an accountant with no warehouse skill, no people skills and no management skills to be the manager for a warehouse with with a massive customer base?! Owners need to take a look at that crap or they'll definitely lose that store. Melissa, their manager will without a doubt run this store and possibly the entire company into the ground.
