When I came back and asked her to return my money I was told that I would have to bring in a copy of my bank statement first, and then she would refund my money. I brought in a copy of my bank statement clearly showing that she had double charged me, and she still refused to refund my money claiming that she had to show it to her boss first and then her boss would refund my money. This makes my 4th trip there to simply get a refund of the double charges and now I've been asked to make a 5th trip back today at 5 p.m. when her boss will be present, before they will be able to refund the charges. It's only $20, so driving back and forth across town repeatedly has cost me more time and money but it's the principle of it, she charged me $42 for a couple packs of cigarettes, a cup of coffee and a lighter and now she's repeatedly refused to correct the mistake!!! And worse is the fact that the phone number is not working so I can't reach the owner myself to complain about the rude treatment and the extreme difficulty I'm having just getting my situation resolved! Avoid this place like the plague!! They have no regard for their customers, and when they cheat you out of your money, they refuse to pay it back!!!!

The Love's side of the store had hot dog rollers, beer, soda, ice and frozen meals as well as all of the snacks you could ask for. The overall condition of the store is decent, and I'd give the store a solid B for cleanliness, the staff an A for friendliness, and the location an A for easy or access and amenities. Plenty of areas to stretch your legs, walk the dog or get off the road for a nap. Defintely would stop here again.
