Monday morning I get a call stating that they will also need to flush the coolant system, which I was not told when I originally called about the thermostat, which added another $200 to the price. I told them to go ahead since it was my wife's vehicle and she would need it soon. Then when I came in to pick up the vehicle and pay for it, when I pulled out my credit card, I was told "oh, by the way, we also charge 3% more when you use a credit card.
