Exceeded all expectations as she went above and beyond to assist me in meeting my storage needs! I'm in the process of moving back to Pompano Beach from West Palm Beach and feeling overwhelmed! As a widow I am taking a leap of faith financially. I did my research looking for the cleanest, safest and most affordable unit in the closest location to accommodate my needs. I spent 2 weeks driving to each storage facility within a 10 mile radius of my new apartment. Some were in iffy areas, some were in bad shape and some employees weren't helpful, borderline rude and condescending. Then I luckily found myself at Storagemart! Great location, a spotless facility with a professional, caring and efficient manager, Nile. I immediately knew we found our storage location! I've been here since 2018 only late 1 time due to covid, I asked for a reversal of the late fee and…read morethey refused. Most companies give you a one time courticy but not these guys. I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me. The property manager, John, showed me around and I was able to view two of the storage units I was interested in. The units are of high quality and very clean inside the units also. I have to give a shout-out to John, because he went out of his way to explain everything as well as helped another customer with a quick request. He also showed me around the place, not just the units, but also the rental trucks, dollies, and I even took pictures of the accessories that I would need for my move. Now, let's talk about how much great value this place brings to storage facilities. On their website you can get really great prices. When I compare their prices to other storage facilities, they came up the winner every time. Not sure why anyone would want to go elsewhere, if they did some research. Highly recommended
