I needed to get home because car was getting to point it wasn't going to crank so against my better judgment I said ok. Then when I got my bill - the battery was $330 and they charged me $60 for checking it and installing new one, then a charge of $35 for chemicals and shop rags and cleaning machine ... WTH? and they installed a new terminal kit for $35.... they never mentioned that. All this from a shop who I recently had work done by but under a warranty program so that repair they earned a little over $2000... so I wasn't a new customer. I very much felt like I was taken advantage of from being a lady and maybe even the fact I mentioned I needed my car for work and couldn't be stranded. I will NEVER go back and I will let all my friends and followers on mine and their platforms know to never use them for any of their automobile needs.

As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.

My last balance and tire rotation. They didn't torque my lug nuts to spec. Two broke off and the other 3 were loose, after 1463 miles. Fact is all four wheels had lug nuts that needed to be tightened up. No excuse for this. This could have been life threatening, Think about driving 70 Mph on the interstate and your wheel comes off !!! Sad thing is this wasn't the first time with them, two years ago one lug nut came off after a rotation / balance...
