I tried addressing the issue with the assistant manager, but instead of taking accountability or helping resolve the problem, she was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. A mistake like this can seriously affect a vehicle's value and history, so the lack of urgency and customer care was unacceptable. I have to flush out my transmission oil. It did hold for a year though. But I'm upset that I thought I had the problem fixed & now it is not, & I have to fix their mistakes. Which I now have to pay for again. I'm currently at another shop hoping that they can undo the damage that Jason's caused to my transmission.
