After 7 weeks of lies and promises I got my truck back. Not fixed. After closing their doors in…read moreIsland Park, they delivered it on a car hauler. They first diagnosed it as a rear end failure, then a brake, or a wheel bearing. Always dangling a carrot in front of me that parts were on the way. Do not use Mcrae Repair!

Please avoid this guy at all costs. He preaches to be so kind and helpful but the minute you ask…read morefor updates, he will explode. Don't expect him to finish on time, keep to his promises, or deliver good customer service of any kind!!!! My husband asked him a simple question about if the work he did could have caused what was a minor leak to be bigger. I attached a screenshot of the type of customer service you are going to receive. No person working in this Industry should be allowed to talk to a customer like this. The professional thing to have done was not answer and waited till the morning. Instead this hothead decided that he was going to unleash all of his pent up frustrations out on us. Clearly he has some issues going on behind the scenes and it is bleeding into his business and mannerisms. This grown man has the temper of a teenager. Take your business elsewhere, it is not worth the money you might save. But who knows, he might cause you more damage than before. But we have a part to play here and we should have known better after the first incorrect diagnosis and the first couple mistakes with another car. So shame on us for going back to him.

On time and on budget...and $239 less than Clair & Dee's in Rexburg for the exact same work:…read morereplace a CVJ on the front right axle. The 12-minute drive from Rexburg to Auto Aspects was well worth it.

We went back to have them change our head gasket and back windshield wiper blade. Their quote price was about $1,000 cheaper than other places in Rexburg. We thought we got a great deal. They were quick and very friendly. Unfortunately, we went to a Subaru dealership about 8 months later because the front passenger airbag was recalled (2007 Outback with no accidents). They told us our head gasket is leaking. How can this happen when it wasn't even a year old? Now we're possibly spending another $3,000 or so to get it changed or we'll just have to junk it since we've already put way too much in it. It's very disheartening since we trusted Auto Aspects. Also, when we got our car back after taking it to them, our back windshield wiper was misaligned. We took it back and they fixed it, but it's still frustrating that it wasn't done correctly the first time. Update: I read the comment from Auto Aspects. They are correct, we were within our warranty. However, why would I return to a place when it wasn't done correctly the first time? We took it to the Subaru dealership instead. We trust the dealership's knowledge of or specific car and now we will only be taking our vehicles to dealerships. Lesson learned!

I'm writing this a year later after I got some work done on my car. Service was great. They got it…read moredone within a week. Decent pricing. Receptionist can be a little rude & impatient... from what I remember. However, this is why it's a year later. They work that they did probably cause damage to my transmission, they either pounded in my CV axle or forced it in some way or another, because it's chipped, which means there's most likely metal shaving in the transmission oil. I have to flush out my transmission oil. It did hold for a year though. But I'm upset that I thought I had the problem fixed & now it is not, & I have to fix their mistakes. Which I now have to pay for again. I'm currently at another shop hoping that they can undo the damage that Jason's caused to my transmission. They used the wrong size nuts & bolts & that weren't screwed in correctly, it was loose. The drive nut wasn't on there correctly. This current mechanic showed me where. Use at your own risk...

They exceeded my expectations, I can't say enough good about these people. I highly recommend!
