They were not cheap, but not the most expensive place either- but not major storefront price. However- they had Huge and aesthetically Perfect cut trees. If you have a large room, high ceiling, need a perfect one for a party- this is the place. Ours was so fluffy and perfect, we put it in the center of the room so we could enjoy it from all directions. The men working the lot were polite and helpful, as I came with my kids and didn't have all the gear I usually do for a cut down place. This was a actual lot, parking was easy, and prices were about a match for inflation and quality . Ours still is soft and green. Our costco one, which was cute, cost effective but more small (2.5-3ft smaller) and imperfect- is way dry comparatively. Customer service was great, but honestly the lady, maybe the daughter, could have been more friendly verses the guys working the lot when she rang up customers. However, maybe it's a stressful job? I tipped the dudes working, in their hands, that helped me. for cut down experiences I recommend: Wards Xmas trees in Boney Dunes is still a perfect place to get the best cut down, followed by Frosty's in SC/Boulder area. Battaglia in San Martin better than Costco's.

Now fair warning part of the road gets pretty rough when you get near the nursery. It goes from paved to dirt and with the recent weather wasn't that great but we made it fine just went slow. The nursery is a really cool eclectic place. It is run by a husband and wife and they are super friendly and helpful. They had great energy and really went out of their way to help. The prices are amazing. Probably the best the wife has ever come across. She went for succulents which they had some very nice ones. But they also had plenty of others. I highly recommend this place. The wife has already been telling her friends about it. FYI they are only open on Saturday.

I only needed 2.5 cubic yards, and when I called the guy that…read moreanswered (who was also the guy that delivered, pretty sure he's the owner, don't remember his name though) was super friendly in answering my questions about what type of soil to get (for a vegetable garden). When he delivered, he was on time, extremely friendly, put the soil exactly where I needed, and was super careful about not running over anything next to the driveway (he was in a dump truck). He also made sure his truck didn't hit any of the lines coming off the pole. The soil is great quality, and was seed/weed free (I still have some of the soil left sitting in my driveway, been about a month now, it's rained a couple of times, and nothing has sprouted up in it).
