It was a busy Saturday, so we didn't expect speed. What went right? Enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts appetizer. Loved a Czech beer on tap. Wildcat has a very decent tap menu. The overall ambience of the tavern-restaurant was excellent, and we especially appreciated the live music, which featured a guitarist playing 70's - 90's classic rock standards.
